elcome to Bass Performance Hall. On behalf of the Performing Arts Fort Worth staff and Board of Directors, I thank you for joining us.

From fashion to music, interior design to television, not to mention the increase of foot traffic we see finding its way to our great city, the Americana style is having its moment. But for Robert Earl Keen, Americana isn’t a trend. It’s a way of life. Tonight, we welcome back one of the Lone Star State’s finest singer-songwriters to the Bass Hall stage. Sharp-minded fans will remember REK’s short reprieve from the highways and byways when he retired from the road in 2022. It was on our very stage in January 2024, for what was supposed to be a one-off concert, that he heard the call of the road once again as Keen recently mentioned to Rolling Stone. While the Houston native is no stranger to Fort Worth, it is an honor to play a small part in his journey.

Robert Earl Keen comes to Bass Hall as a special addition to our 2024-2025

Irwin Steel Popular Entertainment Series Lineup. The series continues at McDavid Studio with the final season of Dixie’s Tupperware Party April 2-6, followed by the UNT One O’Clock Lab Band Spring Showcase, concluding the series on May 2.

Next up, the 2024-2025 Broadway at the Bass Series presented by PNC Bank continues with back-to-back runs of the world’s most popular musical, Les Misérables, March 18-23, followed by the uproarious new play based on the classic board game, Clue, March 25-30. Did you catch our announcement of the 2025-2026 Broadway Season last month? Visit www.basshall.com to learn more and find tickets for your next stop at Fort Worth’s home for the performing arts.

Finally, thank you to all of our sponsors and donors for their generous contributions and continued support. Now, please help me welcome back to the Bass Hall stage, our friend, Robert Earl Keen.

Our People are Our Strength

For more than 70 years, Irwin Steel has built a reputation for fabricating difficult jobs, from hospitals to football stadiums, with many large-scale projects in between. Sound management, excellent customer and employee relationships, and a sharp sense of pride in quality and workmanship all contribute to our continued success.

By bringing the arts into the lives of our residents, we connect on all levels using music as a key to successful and personalized dementia care.

As a not-for-profit organization, James L West has been providing expert care for those living with dementia and support for their caregivers for over 30 years.

Until there is a cure, we are here to care.
