PUBLIC NOTICE STATE OF COLORADO Colorado Inactive Mine Reclamation Program The State of Colorado, Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, Inactive Mine Reclamation Program is preparing to develop a project in Pitkin County. The Ruby Project is located at the head of Lincoln Gulch in Pitkin County near the ghost town of Ruby. The hazardous features are all located on private mining claims surrounded by public lands managed by the White River National Forest.
