Note from
Pastor Mark & Lora We’ve had some amazing “Ebenezer” moments at NCC over the years, and the consecration of our new Capitol Hill campus ranks right up there! We got some worship in the walls and we penned some prayers, too. We prayed over every seat and every person who will sit in them. In many ways, this God-sized vision is past our pay grade, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. The way God makes BIG people is by giving them BIG dreams! We need a new anointing for a new address! This month, we’ll mark some more “Ebenezer” moments as NCCers go public with their faith via baptism. If you haven’t been baptized, can I challenge you to take that step of faith? We’ll be celebrating baptisms at all of our campuses this summer. Just visit ncc.re/ baptism to get more info.

•
Baptism has been the defining mark of followers of Christ for over 2,000 years. It’s our first step of obedience to Him.
•
Baptism is the moment we declare to the world who we are and, most importantly, whose we are.
•
Baptism is when we declare that we are free from our past and filled with hope for our future.
•
Baptism is the affirmation that we are no longer clinging to the edges of an old, broken life, but we are going all in with our new life in Christ.
•
Baptism “means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!” (2 Corinthians 5:17)

WHAT’S GOING ON
Second Saturday Serve
School Supply Drive
Every second Saturday, we get together to meet tangible needs in our communities. We gather together at 9am on Saturday morning in a central location (Ebenezers Coffeehouse in DC; Regal Cinema— Potomac Yard in VA) to get to know each other and pray together, then we head out to the various projects. See you there!
We’re collecting new school supplies to support area schools and NCC partner organizations, including the DC Dream Center. Find a complete list of supplies, and learn more about the organizations each NCC campus is supporting, at ncc.re/school

ALL-CHURCH CONSECRATION SERVICE Sunday evening, June 23, was an Ebenezer moment as NCCers from all of our campuses gathered to consecrate our new Capitol Hill campus. For the very first time, all of NCC gathered there to saturate the air with worship and pen prayers on the walls. We’re believing God for mighty things as we launch this new campus and begin construction of Phase 2, our Child Development Center. Visit ncc.re/vision to learn more.
