the stunning science of everything

a play about the Northern saints inspired by the lindisfarne gospels

Why don’t penguins get spots? Could picking your nose be dangerous? Could a 10-million-volt battery float over your head?

Meet Cuthbert the country lad, Bede the bookish one, and Godric a daredevil who later became a pirate-adventurer. The play tells of their childhood escapades before monastic life and how they ran their mothers ragged just like children do! Includes an original sound score of live Northumbrian pipe music.

Billy has no idea what’s in store when he enters the crazy world of Horrible Science and soon he is under attack from beastly bacteria, vicious volts and foul fluids! Will he regain control before it’s too late?!

an action-packed adventure for all the family.

a fable about generosity overcoming greed.

Scene of the crime: a slow train to Berlin. Young Emil, travelling alone, falls asleep and is robbed of all his money. The chief suspect is the man in the bowler hat, but how to catch him? It calls for quick wits, a cool head and some clever detective work. So begins the great adventure.

The poor Miller Jean-Pierre and his wife are starving. The wind does not blow to turn the mill to grind the corn, the plants do not grow and there’s no food for the animals.

a beautiful story about adventurous friendship, unfortunate circumstances and the pain of letting go. Inspired by David Grossman’s story The ZigZag Kid, ZigZagZigZag is a comingof-age tale that explores the friendship of 12-year-old boys Nono and Chaim through their magical adventures. Find yourself in the heart of the action as they find out what it truly means to grow up and see their lives change forever.

a heart-warming tale about families and everyone's favourite doctor. Inspired by an obsession with Doctor Who and following an acclaimed run at Edinburgh Fringe 2012, Chortle Award nominee Toby Hadoke’s My Stepson Stole My Sonic Screwdriver is a heartwarming tale which begins with losing a partner and ends with gaining a stepson and pays homage to everyone’s favourite doctor on the way.
