Not only do we have the “BESTDAMN” queso in town and our famous “trashed” wings, but our customer service truly separates us from other food trucks. We actually get off of the truck and deliver the food directly to the customer when we are at local beer gardens and breweries. Our customers love the attention and time we take to not only bring them their food but that we go back and check on them after they’ve had a few minutes to have several tasty bites. What do you specialize in, what are you most known for? BESTDAMNACHOS not only specializes in queso by creating a blend of unique gourmet cheeses and high-quality meats, but we have the “BESTDAMNFRIED” WINGS in town! Just ask our customers! Our queso is like no other and our wings are flavored to the bone! Every bite is bursting with flavors that we know you will enjoy! We take pride in our queso and we are sure you will agree that “WE AIN’T JUST MELTING CHEESE!” What is a philosophy or quote that you live by? Our slogan is truly what we live by...” WE AIN’T JUST MELTING CHEESE!” which means we are taking extra special care in our queso, but you will also find other amazing food items on our truck, so we sell more than our delicious queso.
If you could offer any advice to someone wanting to follow your path what would it be? Never give up on your vision to be successful! For many years, BESTDAMNACHOS was only a vision. We began selling our queso in the trunk of our car. And believe it or not, the queso was kept inside of two crock pots which we hooked up to a car battery to keep the queso warm for our customers. Our queso recipe was actually created for our son and his friends when they would come over for a visit. Before we knew it, we were cooking queso for family gatherings, parties, and so on…everyone loved it. So, one day we decided to sell it. Yes, that’s when the car battery and two crock pots came about and the rest is history! Is there any additional information that you would like to tell us? We will be introducing a new menu for 2019 so be on the lookout. We pull up to most of the breweries in Houston and the surrounding areas.
