JOANNA LAVOIE jlavoie@insidetoronto.com An accident waiting to happen. That’s how east Toronto resident Gillian Kolla describes the Boultbee-Jones intersection. Like many, Kolla crosses the busy intersection on foot or drives through it on a daily basis. The well-used junction is used by hundreds of people each day to get to several nearby schools, daycares and the Eastview Neighbourhood Community Centre. Kolla, who has lived in the area since 2011, said motorists treat Jones Avenue like a "racetrack" and speed northbound up the street, which has poor sight lines due to the rail bridge.
