These facilities provide skilled nursing care 24 hours a day, geared to those needing long-term care, long- or short-term rehabilitation, or temporary care as respite for a caregiver. Some also offer specialized care for individuals with advanced dementia.

Grocery Shopping Services

Aging and Disability Services provides hot lunches, socialization programs and other services at the following sites for persons age 60 or older and spouses of any age.
