Great handling underway and reliability for years to come both start at the same place – under the floor, where the real engineering lives. Where other pontoons use inexpensive C-channel cross members, we use 6"-wide hat channels that provide far greater strength without adding weight. What’s more, we secure each one of them to our 6" deck risers with no less than eight bolts for the strongest, most stable platform in the industry.

CROSS-CHANNEL CONSTRUCTION: Provides superior chassis strength. The transom area is supported with up to 3/16" hat-channel construction using twice the number of fixtures as other pontoons. This provides the strength needed to handle the high torque of today’s large engines.
