Being” from 07th to 11th June 2021. 70 participated from 09 states participated. Regional Level Skill Development Programme on Soft Skill Communication was organized by the Northern Regional Headquarters virtually from 05th to 07th July 2021. There were 353 beneciaries from12stateassociations.

Regional Level Youth Colloquium 2021 was organized virtually from 28th to 30th July 2021. 73 youth participated from 10 states. 10 staff members attended. A special Video message was received and Guides. Till 01stApril 2022 13 episodes were completed. 910 Flock Leaders, Assistant Flock Leaders, Cub Masters and Assistant Cub Masters participatedinthewebinar.

Trailing Webinar on 3 R for Unit Leaders of Rover/Ranger Section was started on 24thJanuary 2022 under the leadership of Shri Mahinder Sharma, ROC(S), BSG, Northern Region. Webinar was inaugurated by Shri Rajkumar Kaushik, Director of The Bharat Scouts and Guides. 13 episodes were completed and Programme is still going on. So far from MS. Bhachendri Pal for the success of the colloquium. Mrs. Shanta Chhetri, MP Rajya Sabha who is also a President Guide attended closing ceremonyasspecialguest.
