Welcome to Big Sky. As winter kicks off and my family and I get excited for our first ski season in Montana, I’m privileged to be associated with The Big Sky Real Estate Company. I am somewhat new to the area, and as you might expect from this open, inviting, and very special community, I’ve received a warm welcome. I look forward to days spent with my wife and kids at Spanish Peaks Mountain Club and Moonlight Basin. I know from experience, there really is no better way to bond as a family than spending time in the mountains during winter. Ania first moved to Big Sky in 1994, having fallen in love with the mountains, the expansive scenery, and the sense of adventure that living in the mountains naturally tends to inspire. She has been involved in real estate and development for nearly 20 years, in both the Moonlight Basin and Spanish Peaks communities. Martha Johnson

Born and raised in South Florida, Shawna initially pursued an interest in theatre, which eventually led to opportunities in New York and Los Angeles. While raising her three daughters, Shawna has worked in real estate sales both as a sales agent and owner of her own brokerage. Suzanne Schriener

28 years ago, Suzanne moved to Big Sky intending to only stay for three month, yet she never left. John Bauchman

John has had a home in Big Sky since the 1980s. He is a licensed real estate broker in Montana and North Carolina. He has been developing and selling commercial and residential real estate in Idaho, Montana, North Carolina, Nevada and Arizona for over 30 years. John is a dedicated professional with a commitment to help his clients find the right properties if they are buyers and the right buyers for those selling their properties. John was involved in his family’s international telecommunications construction business that installed the first phone lines into Big Sky in the 1970’s. His other business ventures include owning a beer distributorship in North Carolina, a mountain states wholesale sporting goods distributorship, a local exchange telephone company serving rural areas in Idaho, and a Nevada gaming company in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Will Littman

Will worked exclusively at Yellowstone Club from 2001 – 2017 with a specific focus on real estate brokerage from 2003 – 2017. He has personally transacted over $500M in real estate sales and participated on teams which transacted more than $2B. Since joining The Big Sky Real Estate Company in 2017, Will’s primary focus has been as a buyer’s broker and he has represented clients at Spanish Peaks, Moonlight Basin, and throughout the general Big Sky marketplace.

Mia Lennon

BROKER

After working as an assistant in a Colorado real estate office, Mia needed no encouragement to join the world of real estate when she moved to Big Sky in 2011. Mia was educated in the UK where she graduated from The University of Leeds with a degree in music. During her university years, she was the lead singer of a UK-based Funk band called Maji. After graduation, Mia chased the endless winter as a snowsports professional, specializing in teaching snowboarding and adaptive snow sports in New Zealand, Australia, France, Canada, and the U.S. Besides working as a real estate broker, Mia serves on the boards for the Arts Council of Big Sky and Women In Action, and is an active member of the Big Sky Rotary Club. Along with her husband, Derek, her son, Finn, and her dogs, Banksy and Midas, Mia calls Big Sky home. She is committed to providing every client with the attention that they want and deserve.

Anne Staudt

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Anne moved to Big Sky in 1998 after graduating from Penn State University. She started working for the local newspaper which allowed her to establish relationships within the professional community. From there, she moved on to the Big Sky Chamber of Commerce, which continued her involvement in the growth of Big Sky. In 2002, Anne was approached to help set up a local real estate company and after a few years on the job, received her broker’s license in 2006. Anne has been heavily involved in the community since she moved here and was a board member with a local nonprofit, Women In Action, for the past eight years. She spends her free time camping, hiking, running, cross-country skiing, and being with her kids.

Born and raised in Idaho, Jason has lived his life pursuing and sharing his passions for fly fishing, hunting and skiing. After graduating college at University of Idaho, he left for Montana and never looked back. 23 years later, Jason is proud to call Big Sky home with his beautiful wife, Molly, daughter, Piper, son, Becket and their dog, River. Jason still guides fishing around Montana, as well as guiding skiing at The Yellowstone Club. Jason’s passion to share the beauty and adventure of Montana is obvious. He and his family feel fortunate to live their lives here in Big Sky. When he’s not traveling in pursuit of steelhead, giant trevally and other saltwater fish, you can find Jason guiding his own family and friends into the rivers and skiing the trails of their own backyard.

Michelle has called Big Sky home since 1994. An entrepreneur at heart, she’s owned and operated several child care businesses, was the business manager for a construction company and received her real estate license in 2003. She has been actively involved in the Big Sky community by volunteering her time on various boards through the years and currently serves as a board member of the Big Sky Community Organization. Allen Potts

Raised in a small town in Connecticut, Allen never imagined he would abandon his beloved ocean to move West. After a deployment to Iraq with the Marines in 2005, Allen came to visit Big Sky and immediately fell in love with the dramatic views and abundant recreational opportunities. Postmilitary, he spent several years in Boston earning his bachelor’s degree at Babson College and working as a commercial real estate broker. In 2015, as fate would have it, he found his way back to Big Sky – the place he fell in love with a decade earlier — this time to raise a family and pursue a career in real estate. Allen is now happily settled in the Big Sky Meadow with his family and three dogs. He could not imagine living anywhere else and is eager to share this unique and amazing place with others. Born and raised in South Dakota, Sarah earned degrees in Marketing and Website Design and then ventured into city life in Minneapolis to pursue her career. Her love of the outdoors left her longing for the blue skies and open spaces and she soon moved to Vail, where she began her career in real estate marketing at the Ritz Carlton of Bachelor Gulch. In 2004, she relocated to Big Sky working as Marketing Director for Spanish Peaks. Sarah owned and operated a credit card processing brokerage before returning to the real estate industry and joining Martha at The Big Sky Real Estate Company. While raising her daughter, Tehya, Sarah has been an avid supporter of education and the arts, serving on the Booster Club Board, as well as the Student Activities Board.
