COVID-19 RESPONSE
LMLC Website Our development company website www.lonemountainland.com will be launched in July. The site showcases an overview of all of the projects our company is working on daily: Moonlight Basin, Spanish Peaks Mountain Club, Montage Big Sky, The Wilson Hotel, Big Sky Town Center, and the Big Sky Real Estate Company. We also have introductions to our senior team, job opportunities, commercial spaces for rent, along with community resources. We are eager to showcase this site to help represent our company in a proper digital platform.
Big Sky Life Community App Phase II of the Big Sky Life Community app will launch in July 2020. The app will serve as a centralized, concise, and all-encompassing app, allowing users to explore events, discover activities, and support local businesses. Email addresses and contact information will be backlogged for all users who sign-up for the app. This information will feed into the LMLC
“basecamp of data, which will enable our team to grow our lead database and increase the number of people we can target through digital and traditional marketing. The data will serve as a tool to better understand our audience and those interested in visiting and potentially purchasing in Big Sky.

Bode Miller LMLC Ambassador A long-term partnership with Lone Mountain Land Company, The Big Sky Real Estate Co., and American alpine skier and six-time Olympic medalist, Bode Miller launched in summer 2019. Bode and his wife, Morgan planted roots in a new home at Spanish Peaks Mountain Club (SP) and represent both SP and Moonlight Basin on many fronts. From member events to promotions, to being an integral part of the Big Sky Community and the junior competitive skiing community, we are excited to grow the relationship with Bode as a Big Sky ambassador.

The app gives users access to seasonal event information, current dining menus, links to community resources, Member statements, and to book reservations for dining, golf tee times, events, and activities. The new Member Directory lets users opt in to share info, including who is attending club events, and lets members connect with each other.
The online retail store uses the Shopify retail platform, allowing the site to maintain MB-branded elements like fonts, colors, and logos. Showcased retail includes summer and winter pieces from unique brands such as Peter Millar, Arcteryx, Ralph Lauren, Pendleton and more. The site is available exclusively to members only.
Residential Rental Program
Summer Trail Map
As part of the MB Residential Rental Program, we are purchasing and installing iPads in each participating rental home. VIEWS: Why we’re here
Try, for a moment, to recall your first minutes in Big Sky.
Rounding the corner on Lone Mountain Trail near the intersection of Highway 191, you pass by the resident herd of salt-licking rams—known, in some local circles, as the “Bachelor Party”—and realize that unlike many ski town peers, this place has some wild still left in it.

A CRAVING FOR GROWTH finding joy in houseplants
Resilience of the market Big Sky
Boasting incredible outdoor recreation, plus a steady flow of new amenities and infrastructure, the Big Sky community was already growing. Now, with wide open spaces valued more than ever, its appeal is deepening. BY EMILY STIFLER WOLFE
Your thoughts begin to drift to the towering, pyramid-esque mountain you’ve heard so much about; imagining what it feels like to careen down it’s pillowed and steep faces is a common occurrence, so you’re not alone there. But no Google Image search can adequately prepare anyone for what awaits just around the bend. It’s a flooring experience, witnessing a snow-covered Lone Mountain set against a powder blue backdrop. The mountain calls and we answer and we fall in love in an instant.
For most, it’s a moment where conversation stops and you’re arrested by the view. Within a few days’ time, that initial impression is sustained by face-shot powder, picturesque canyon vistas, fly fishing and the countless trails and backpacking opportunities within a stone’s throw.
Gallatin Preserve 160 +/- Acre Tracts | STARTING AT $4,300,000
If it’s not already under consideration, the thought manifests: I could live here. And it started with a view.
That’s the essence of VIEWS, a publication that serves to celebrate two milestones—those unforgettable seconds approaching Big Sky; and the culminating event of joining its growing and dedicated community situated along the base of the mountain.
An ExploreBigSky publication
With a focus on the real estate market in our town, supplemented with Big Sky living and lifestyle pieces, VIEWS—published three-times per year—aims to remind even longtime residents of the roots of their love affair with the beautiful landscapes and people of our community.
The VIEWS team remembers well the earliest days of our own lives in Big Sky, the magic of its novelty, and as we all work to make the town a little better, day by day, year by year, we know some of our readers will soon join us in that pursuit. At the very least, we’ll see you on the hill. Cheers to Big Sky and the VIEWS that make it all possible. - The Editors

Summer Driving Marketing Campaign
Social Media and Digital Strategy
We have developed an in-state marketing campaign targeted toward automobile traffic, aimed at generating traffic for the Wilson Hotel, with dining and drink incentives for The Wilson Bar and Copper Bar. The campaign is targeted to the larger Montana markets of Missoula and Billings with print, radio, and social advertising.
On July 1, LMLC began a more robust social media strategy with the Wilson Hotel team that involves 3 posts per week on all that Big Sky and the Wilson have to offer this summer to its guests. We will begin to focus on fall and winter posts at the end of August.
Tesla Charging Stations Lone Mountain Land’s commitment to further the support of sustainable energy in Big Sky now includes Tesla charging stations recently installed outside the Wilson Hotel, to ensure that Tesla owners in the Big Sky area are able to quickly and easily charge their vehicles away from home.

The Wilson Hotel, the first four star luxury hotel in Big Sky, Montana has opened to rave reviews. The Wilson is a Marriott Residence Inn with 129suites. It is the first major-brand hotel in the resort community that is known for its world-class skiing and summer activities. The property is the closest Marriott-managed hotel to the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park, which is an hour away. The Wilson is an ideal location as it is also in close proximity to miles of hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding trails, world-class fly fishing streams and whitewater. In addition there are 5,850 acres of skiing at the nearby Big Sky Resort.

COVID-19 RESPONSE
Big Sky Relief In response, the Big Sky Resort Area District, Yellowstone Club Community Foundation, Moonlight Community Foundation, and Spanish Peaks Community Foundation have partnered to strengthen relief efforts and consolidate information. Together, they raised $2,000,000 to support a variety of community needs including non-profits or government entities experiencing an increase in service demand, local businesses experiencing financial hardship, individuals and families.
Big Sky Relief Social Media We are grateful. We are inspired. We’ve created this board, linked to any Instagram post that includes #BigSkyRelief and #BeStrongBigSky, to showcase the community’s words of gratefulness and inspiration in this difficult time. And in a town like Big Sky, there is plenty to go around.
Big Sky Medical Center From the relief funds $1,000,000 was donated to the Big Sky Medical Center to purchase eight ventilators, an analyzer, and to finish the buildout of four hospital rooms. These upgrades to the hospital were crucial to prepare for a potential COVID-19 surge.
