These Horse Trials are held under the auspices of British Eventing and in accordance with the British Eventing Rules and Regulations. The making of an entry constitutes acceptance of those Rules. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY Except for the negligence of the Organiser, and his agents or others for whom they in law are responsible, the Organiser does not accept responsibility in respect of any accident, illness or disease caused to or suffered by any horse, owner, rider, spectator, sponsor and others present at the site of the Event and their property and accoutrements. RESERVATION OF RIGHT The Organiser reserves the right to 1. cancel or divide any class, 2. transfer competitors between sections of a class, 3. alter the advertised times, and 4. refuse any entry HEALTH AND SAFETY STATEMENT The Organiser of this event has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of every person present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organiser, officials and stewards. The Organiser advises that, due to the uneven and, in parts, irregular terrain at this event, it may be difficult at times for spectators to move around freely and easily, as a result of which it may not be suitable for those spectators who suffer from certain medical conditions. All the spectators enter the event at their own risk and are advised to wear suitable footwear. The Organiser shall not incur any liability, except as required by law, in respect of any injury or damage to any spectators howsoever sustained. Please take special care to ensure the safety of children. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times. Watch out for horses at all times. Please note that the use of small motorbikes and A.T.V. (quad bikes) is not permitted on the estate during the period of the event, unless specifically authorised by the Organiser.

START TIMES & SCORES Can be viewed on www.bdwp.co.uk/ky2 PRIZE GIVING Will be held on the Veranda approximately 45 mins after the last horse in each class has finished cross country.  Competitors are requested to attend, appropriately dressed, or send a representative on their behalf to prize giving out of respect to organisers and sponsors. BE80(T) Antonia Brown and Milla Lanni will be leading a BE 80(T) Cross Country course walks at 11:00 and 12:30 please meet at XC start BE80(T) Show jumping course walk at approx 13:45 Our BE80(T) trainers are Kindly supported by Virbac Worming Solutions
