The BMF Securityfirst Service The BMF Securityfirst service provides you with an expert security resource at very affordable costs. Security issues whether personnel, systems or premises related can be resolved and a range of optional services are available to deal with problems such as theft and fraud as and when they arise. BMF Securityfirst offers a choice of two levels of service: Option 1 offers a proactive management of your security risks. It is an annual subscription service that gives on-site assistance for two days per annum at each of your outlets. A comprehensive audit of these outlets is undertaken from which a detailed written report is prepared. You will also receive unlimited telephone support, a Security First Manual, a quarterly newsletter, and access to one-off services at special rates. Option 2 will be of interest if you want to access help only as and when you need it. As a valued BMF member you can have access to the menu of ad hoc security services at discounted rates. Here is what the two service levels contain: 1. Visits to your Premises – For Option 1 • You will normally receive two visits in each twe ve-month subscription period for each of your registered outlets. The first visit will be (unless varied by agreement) to undertake a Physical Security Survey and Audit, which will produce a detailed Report with Comments and Recommendations. • A Second Follow Up Visit will be undertaken at an agreed date for undertaking additional work as agreed, monitoring progress, maintenance and liaison. Multi-site companies may agree to aggregate some or all of their second visit days for the undertaking of additional work. Additional visits or off site work may be undertaken at the Day Rate as circumstances require. • From the second year the first of the contracted number of visits will include a mini re audit to enable any operationa changes to be incorporated. 2. Audit Reports - For Option 1 The detailed Audit Report will comment on each of the areas covered by the audit and will recommend improvements where necessary and how these might best be effected. Further visits in the first year and in second and subsequent years will normally only require a short update to the main Audit Report.

3. Advisor Services - For Option 1 Within a period of six weeks after the dispatch of the Audit Report you will be telephoned by your BMF Securityfi’rst Advisor to discuss how the recommendations in the Audit Report are to be progressed and to identify additional optional work requirements. 4. Telephone Helpline - For Option 1 Comprehensive help and advice will be available to the responsible person within your company via a Telephone Helpline during working hours (9.00 am - 5.00 pm). 5. Security Awareness Meeting - For Options 1 &2 Option 1 - Following delivery of your audit report a meeting with your managers will be recommended to raise their awareness of the Audit findings, including current and foreseeable problems.

Option 2 - A security briefing can be organised for your staff to highlight common problems and matters of good practice.
6 Security Manual - For Options 1 & 2 Option 1 subscribers will receive a personalised Security Manual in both loose-leaf binder and in electronic formats. It will contain basic advice on all relevant subjects including suspected Theft and Fraud/ Alarms, Premises and Vehicle Security; Disaster Planning, Staff Recruitment and Positive Vetting/ and Burglary and Robbery. Option 2 subscribers may purchase the Manual separately. 7. Quarterly Newsletters - For Option 1 You will receive a quarterly email briefing that will cover latest security developments. 8. Ad Hoc Services - For Options 1 & 2 The following services will be available as and when necessary, either within your contracted number of days or at extra cost as appropriate. • Investigative Test Purchase Visits - Visits are available either to check basic security and service or to target a specific problem. If the latter is the case, the number of visits cannot be quantified. Reports (verbal and written) will be quickly provided and the situation monitored and discussed as to the best way forward. If you decide to prosecute any individual, the investigator will attend court to give evidence on your behalf. • Fraud Investigations - in the event of suspected fraud an experienced investigator will work with you to examine all relevant paperwork, conduct an in depth audit, interview staff (including the suspect) prepare paperwork for any Police investigation and will attend court if required. • Security Training - In house training courses for - Managers, - Yard & Counter Staff - Gatemen All at substantial discounts off the standard BMF training rate. • IT Security / Electronic Counter Measures - A complete service for both covert and overt cameras and on up to date tracking systems for vehicles, plant and stock. Commercial quotations will be provided for the supply of all recommended security equipment e.g. CCTV, electrified perimeter fencing and also for security guards. Details of other alternative providers will also be given.
• Staff Vetting - Comprehensive employment vetting and background checks on prospective employees. Year Two and Ongoing The second year core service will continue at a reduced cost to provide a mini re-audit to enable any operational changes to be incorporated, ongoing maintenance and emergency cover service and the provision of additional optional services as required.

• Undercover Investigations - This is used as a last resort. An experienced investigator will work in your depot alongside existing staff to investigate theft or fraud and provide detailed information on your employees. Investigators will attend court as and when necessary.
