ROSEANNE I take great joy in introducing our premier issue of “SERENE” Magazine! This unique online magazine provides a fun and informative venue to continue to serve our wonderful Body Serene community!

Inside these pages are informative articles, helpful tips and great values. I will be calling on all of our resources to ensure that our customers are getting the most current information on all aspects of our wellness and beauty interests!

We wanted to give our customers some inside insight into what the Welcare Center provides our community so we sat down with Dr. Jennifer Dupré to give her an opportunity to answer some questions: SM: Could you please describe your business to our clients so they have a better understanding of what you have to offer?

JD: We are conveniently located in Spring House.

This is approximately 20 minutes from Skippack. There is free parking adjacent to our building.

SM: Do you give consultations?

JD: Yes and all consultations are free of charge.

We want to make sure all of our clients understand the procedure and feel comfortable with their decision. We can usually do the procedure the same day as the consultation if the client wishes to proceed.

SM: Are you currently offering any special offers in your medical spa?

SPOTLIGHT Regina Jopling has been providing excellent nail care for The Body Serene for years.

She concentrates on perfecting the appearance and health of our customer’s hands and feet while always making them feel comfortable and valued!

Regina is also an accomplished and certified personal trainer by the National Council For Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT) and the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She is also certified by Keiser and the AFAA as an Indoor Cycling Instructor and maintains CPR certification. Regina has over 8 years of experience working at LA Fitness with clients and groups leading workout and indoor cycling classes. Regina pays close attention to body mechanics for a safe, effective workout. Her current private inhome instruction spans the Skippack, Schwenksville, Harleysville, Collegeville, Bluebell & Ambler areas.

BODY SERENE TEAM MEMBER GIVES BACK! Dr. Jennifer Dupré, is the founder of the Welcare Center and serves as its chief physician.

Dr. Dupré graduated magna cum laude from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA. After earning her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey–School of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Dupré completed a rotating internship at Good Samaritan Hospital in West Islip, NY, and a residency in family medicine at the Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network in Allentown.

Dr. Dupré and her husband, Jayson, an internist at the Welcare Center, reside in Skippack with their four daughters and their yellow Labrador retriever, Maggie.

n July 28th, 2010 our own Angel Gardner was asked to paint a spiritual painting at Church of the Nazarene in Eagleville, Pa to raise funds at a benefit for an eight year old girl who has been hospitalized at CHOP since December 28th, 2009. The benefit was to bring Charlotte home to a wheelchair accessible home. Angel painted a 4ft by 4ft painting during a show featuring four live bands. After the benefit my painting was under a silent auction that went for $1,000. That money was used to bring her home. Angel told us, “I was so excited.

That night was one of the happiest moments of my life; my heart was so filled with so much joy at the end of the night, and still is....”
