TERMS & CONDITIONS EVENT SALES
1. Minimum Event Sales of $300 apply in order to access these rewards. 2. The total event sales value excludes tax and shipping, then the Host is eligible for a Free Product entitlement at that event spend bracket. The Host is able to select multiple items equalling up to the accumulated value – i.e if the total event sales are $520 the host will receive a free product entitlement of their choice up to a maximum value of $100. 3. For each additional $200 in event sales over $1200 they will be able to choose another $20 of free products to a maximum of $2000 in Event Sales. 4. Total event sales include all products sold at your event (or through outside orders that are linked to the event) at the listed price or promotion price excluding Host Reward free product entitlement.
FREE PRODUCT ENTITLEMENT 5. Free product entitlement can only be used to purchase full price products and cannot be used in conjunction with other product promotions, such as Customer Specials, promotional offers or discounted items. 6. The Host’s free product entitlement is to be chosen from the current catalogue or personal website, products are subject to availability and exclusions may apply. 7. If the Host does not use all of the free product entitlement at the time of placing the Host Reward order the entitlement is lost. Ie. Entitlement of $100, product equals $95, therefore $5 lost. 8. The Host can select up to one product to take them over the free product entitlement value and pay the difference. Ie. If you have already claimed $90 of your $100 in free product entitlement, you could select a $20 item and pay the additional $10. 9. The free product entitlement can only used on items available on the Consultant website subject to availability and exclusions.
HALF PRICE PRODUCTS 10. Half Price items will be based on 50% of the full SRP products and cannot be used in conjunction with other product promotions, such as Customer Specials, promotional offers or reduced price products. 11. Your Half price items are to be chosen from the current catalogue or Consultant Website and subject to availability and exclusions.
HOST ORDER 12. The Host must place their free product(s) and half price item(s) order with the Consultant at the time of your event (offer expires at the conclusion of your event). Some exclusions may apply, please ask your Consultant for details. 13. If the Host wants to purchase any products at full price, they will need to place a separate order on the event link prior to placing their Host Reward order. 14. Free shipping is applicable on Host Reward orders.
CONSULTANT CONDITIONS 15. The Consultant is required to pay 10% of the RRP of the free product entitlement that is redeemed by their Host. For example if a customer’s Event reaches $520; their free product value is £100. If they use their full allocation of $100 in free product the Consultant Contribution will be 10% = $10. If the Host only uses $90 of their free product value the Consultant will only pay 10% = $9. 16. No Consultant contribution is required for the half price items. 17. The Consultant contribution will be deducted from the weekly personal sales rebate payments when the host order is placed and the event is closed. Consultants will see this deduction in their Business Hub commission area. 18. Products ordered under the Event Sales Free Product entitlement or half price items value do not contribute to any Consultant Personal or Team Volumes and no bonuses will apply.
