Our experienced and friendly wedding team understand that choosing the right venue for you is an important step on the way to the wedding of your dreams. Tottington Manor is in a unique and special location at the foot of the South Downs but with Brighton just on our doorstep. We are licensed for civil ceremonies and our Downs Room which leads out to our gardens can seat up to 100 guests. We can offer you an excellent variety of wedding menus with quality delicious food, freshly prepared in our kitchen and have 12 en-suite bedrooms and a large private car park. As a starting point, we have created a collection of wedding packages for you. We want you to have your perfect day, so you can also mix and match packages to suit your needs or if you are looking for something entirely different, then we’ll help you create it. Next Steps Come and visit us • If you have chosen your date already, check our website or call us to confirm that your date is available at Tottington Manor • Make an appointment to see Sammie Lister, our Wedding Manager or myself to view the facilities and go through your ideas for your day. • Make a provisional booking with us. Book the church or registrar • If you are having a Civil Ceremony at Tottington Manor you will need to book the registrar on 01243 642122 Confirm your booking for Tottington Manor • At this point we will need your written confirmation, a signed copy of our terms and conditions and £1000 deposit. Four months before your wedding date • Call us to arrange your complimentary wedding breakfast tasting together with your second deposit of £2000. Six to eight weeks before your wedding date • Meet with us to go through the fine details of your wedding plans, finalise your menu and table layouts. Two weeks before your wedding date • Let us know your final confirmed numbers for your day and pay the final balance.
