Andy Hillier Senior, Physics and Geology “I think Isaac Lampner won the debate. He was more well-prepared and spoke better. One of the big things he covered was the issue of diversity and he had an actual plan. Instead of just talking about forming better relations with students, he had a plan and statistics. The things that he mentioned were worthwhile for the students at the event to analyze.“
Marissa Bias Sophomore, Public Relations “I think Megan Bodenschatz and Sterling Galehouse won. Both were really good public speakers and they have really good things planned for USG.”
Kouryn Stromsky Senior, Psychology and Communications “Isaac and Cassaundra won just based on the fact that they seemed to have more initiatives already put in place. Sterling mentioned a lot of initiaitives but it seemed like Cassaundra and Isaac had already done them. They have the experience and know the trials and tribulations.”
Caleb Garcia Sophomore, Electrical Engineering “I think Megan and Sterling won the debate. They seemed to have better answers to the questions. Sterling was very well spoken and articulate. I really appreciated Megan’s stances on a lot of the issues.”
