Laura is an Atlanta native, born and raised in the Buckhead area. She attended Morris Brandon Elementary and graduated from Holy Innocents Episcopal School. After graduating from The University of Mississippi with a bachelors degree in Psychology Laura married a Georgia Bulldog and was a stay at home mom to three wonderful children. She is an active member at Peachtree Presbyterian Church and is both an Alumni and current parent at Holy Innocents Episcopal School.

SELLING PROCESS

STEP 1 | Before Listing

INITIAL PHONE CALL: 10 min conversation and schedule in-person meeting

PULL PROPERTY INFORMATION: 1) Pull recent sales information

2) Research comparable home sales and current market trends.

IN-PERSON LISTING CONSULTATION: Review personal marketing proposal, discuss current market trends, and how to get home ready to sell (including staging & pre-listing updates or repairs.)

AGENT EVALUATION, IF DESIRED

STEP 2 | Prepare to List

AGENT PREPARATION:

*Two Weeks Prior to Listing

• Discuss any new sales, competitive listings, and market updates that could affect price

• Send all necessary documents such as the listing agreement, sellers property disclosure, etc.

• Hire professional photographer and schedule appointment for photos (drone, if applicable)

OWNER PREPARATION:

• Complete any agreed upon repairs, painting, staging, etc.

• Organize and de-personalize
