Five things San Juan should know this week Filing Period to Run for Council Opens, Four Residents Pull Papers THE LATEST: Just four days after the filing period opened to run for City Council, four residents have already pulled nomination papers in the hopes of representing the city’s southeastern District 5. Per the city’s new district voting, two seats—one in District 1 and one in District 5—are up for election on Nov. 8. Only residents in those two districts can run for Council this fall, and only residents in those districts will vote for their respective candidate.

On July 18, former mayor Larry Kramer; Trails and Equestrian Commissioner Brian Maryott; Parks, Recreation, Senior & Youth Services Commissioner Robert Parks and former Council candidate Jim Schneider all pulled papers to run in District 5.

Councilmen Sam Allevato and John Perry’s four-year seats are up for election.

Allevato lives in District 2 and cannot run for reelection, while Perry lives in District 5.

WHAT’S NEXT: As of Wednesday afternoon, no residents had filed their completed paperwork, according to the City Clerk’s office.

Residents have until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 12 to file their nomination papers with the clerk. The deadline is extended to Wednesday, Aug. 15 if an incumbent does not run for re-election by Aug. 12.

City to Follow San Clemente’s Lead in Regulating Congregate Living Facilities THE LATEST: After City Attorney Jeffrey Ballinger updated the City Council Tuesday night on strategies surrounding cities have implemented for addressing congregate living facilities, the City Council voted 4-1, with Councilman Reeve dissenting, to have staff prepare an ordinance similar to that of the city of San Clemente and bring it back before the council as soon as possible.

coalition of residents called “Advocates for Responsible Treatment” presented data identifying 70 addresses in San Juan in the “recovery business,” including 30 in commercial zones, 40 in residential areas, 26 with state licenses, 32 with city licenses and 30 that they could not identify licenses for. They implored the city to take further action in addition to the city’s current moratorium, which prevents the establishment of new facilities.

WHAT’S NEXT: Under San Clemente’s ordinances, “most, if not all, sober living homes and alcohol/other drug facilities without a small license will be regulated as boarding houses, which are restricted to certain parts of the city and require a CUP,” Ballinger wrote in the agenda report. “To the extent a licensed small (six or fewer) residential facility is operating within its permits, cities are legally unable to regulate or prohibit them.”

La Pata Extension Scheduled to Open Aug. 15 THE LATEST: In a few weeks, the La Pata extension project will be completed, connecting Avenida La Pata from the edge of San Clemente to the outside city limits of San Juan Capistrano.

Work on the extension began in spring 2014 with the hope it would reduce congestion and improve regional mobility in South Orange County by providing an alternative to Interstate 5 between Ortega Highway to the north and Avenida Vista Hermosa to the south.

The extension will include four new lanes, and will extend the existing La Pata Avenue to Calle Saluda. An environmental impact report for La Pata estimates it will carry 13,000 trips per day.

WHAT’S NEXT: The route’s opening ceremony will take place Aug. 13 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with a car show, vendors, food trucks, giveaways and live entertainment

CUSD Pursues $889 Million Bond Measure sans Rancho Mission Viejo THE LATEST: The Capistrano Unified School District Board of Trustees further refined its strategy for pursuing an $889 million general obligation bond at the board’s July 13 meeting, with the majority of trustees voting to create a districtwide School Facilities Improvement District (SFID) that excludes Rancho Mission Viejo. The board voted 6-1, with Trustee Jim Reardon dissenting, to approve a resolution of intent to form the SFID. If approved by voters in November, all residents within that SFID will be taxed a maximum of $43 per $100,000 of assessed value of their homes.

The board also voted on July 13 to table a second resolution calling for an SFID exclusively for the Rancho Mission Viejo area, with trustees saying that the district’s current needs should be their focus before funding future needs of new schools. That means the only school currently excluded from the approved districtwide SFID would be Esencia Elementary School, planned in Rancho Mission Viejo with a fall 2018 opening.

Over the last several months, the board has discussed placing an $889 million bond measure on the Nov. 8 general election ballot, which would be used to leverage state funds and pay for more than $800 million of deferred maintenance of district facilities.

In San Juan Capistrano, that includes potential improvements for elementary

schools and an estimated $1.8 million in enhancements for San Juan Hills High School, including a new baseball practice field, relocatable classrooms and a new classroom building.

Carolyn Cavecche, President and CEO of the Orange County Taxpayers Association, addressed the board at its July 20 meeting, saying that the district’s bond measure meets most of the association’s criteria, with the exception of a specific list of projects the board is committed to using the bond’s revenue on. Several trustees voiced concerns over the lack of a detailed project list, while Trustees Amy Hanacek and Lynn Hatton-Hodson said they felt that it’s acceptable to finalize possible projects after the bond is passed, noting that the election in November may also shift the priorities of the board.

WHAT’S NEXT: The deadline for placing a bond measure on the November ballot is Aug. 12, and the board is scheduled to vote on the measure at its regularly scheduled Aug. 10 meeting. Two-thirds of the board— five trustees—must approve the measure.

The Aug. 10 board meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at the district’s headquarters, located at 33122 Valle Road in San Juan Capistrano.

Planning Commission to Consider Approving Hotels Next Week THE LATEST: After numerous hearings and ongoing work with commissioners and city staff, two proposed hotels in downtown San Juan—the Inn at the Mission across from Mission San Juan Capistrano and Hotel Capistrano by Kimpton adjacent to the Egan House—are tentatively scheduled for final review by the city’s Planning Commission on Tuesday, July 26, according to city staff.

Located along Ortega Highway, the three-story Inn at the Mission would have 124 rooms and be operated by Marriott International’s Autograph Collection. The three-story Hotel Capistrano is proposed to have 104 rooms along Camino Capistrano and will be operated by Kimpton Hotels.

Review of both hotels was also on the agenda for Thursday’s Cultural Heritage Commission meeting.

CHP, OCSD Hosting Coffee with a Cop on July 27 Representatives from the California Highway Patrol Capistrano Area office and the Orange County Sheriff’s Department will meet with community members on Wednesday, July 27 at a local Starbucks to discuss community issues, have coffee and build relationships.

All community members are invited to attend Coffee with a Cop from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Starbucks located at 32022 Camino Capistrano in San Juan Capistrano.

Coffee with a Cop provides the opportunity for community members to ask questions and learn more about the department’s work in Orange County neighborhoods. The majority of contact law enforcement has with the public happens during emergencies or emotional situations, which aren’t always the most effective times for relationship building with the community, and some community members may feel officers are unapproachable on the street. Coffee with a Cop aims to break down barriers and allows for a relaxed, one-on-one interaction.

Coffee with a Cop is a national initiative supported by the United States Department of Justice, Office of Community Oriented Policing Services. The program aims to advance the practice of community policing through improving relationships between police officers and community members one cup of coffee at a time.

“We encourage you to join us as we get to know the community,” said CHP spokesperson officer Raymond Scheidnes.

“No agendas, no speeches, just a chance to ask questions and voice concerns.”

City Seeking Applications for Planning Commission Vacancy Applications are now being accepted from San Juan Capistrano residents to fill one vacancy on the city’s seven-member Planning Commission. The appointee will serve a term on the commission through March 31, 2017.

The appointee must be a registered voter in the city and is required by state law to file Fair Political Practices Commission conflict of interest statements upon appointment, annually and upon leaving office.

Application forms are available on the city’s website at www.sanjuancapistrano. org and at the City Clerk’s office, located at 32400 Paseo Adelanto in City Hall. Applications will be accepted until 4:30 p.m.

Green Ribbon Club’s First Meeting Set for July 28

The Green Ribbon Club, a local grassroots advocacy group aimed at breaking the stigma surrounding mental health in Orange County, is holding its first public meeting on Thursday, July 28 from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the San Juan Capistrano Community Center, located at 25925 Camino Del Avion.

The Green Ribbon Club was started by students and recent graduates who have lost friends to suicide or addiction. The club’s hope is to reduce the number of suicides and overdoses within the community by making mental health a household discussion.

The evening will include three speakers who will address the importance of discussing the reality of mental illness, the stigma surrounding illnesses such as depression and addiction, and the rising number of suicides and accidental overdoses in Orange County. Organizers hope to empower others to make positive changes in their lives by learning from other’s experiences and not dealing with illness alone.

Laughs for Life Fundraiser Aug. 2 at Irvine Improv On Tuesday, Aug. 2, the Irvine Improv is hosting a fundraiser for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention featuring three headliners—Showtime’s Don Friesen, The Tonight Show’s Jimmy Brogan and NBC weatherman/funnyman Fritz Coleman.

Presented by San Juan Capistrano comedian Jim Taylor, the evening of comedy begins at 8 p.m. Attendees must be 18 years old or older, and tickets are $20 and are available online at occomedyevent. com. The Irvine Improv has a two item minimum purchase requirement. All ticket proceeds will go toward suicide prevention.

Suicide is the 10th leading cause of death in the country, according to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

“We are losing on average one person per day to suicide,” Taylor said. “By getting resources and help out to the people who need it, we can try and reduce that number.”

Badge of Bravery Three San Juan Capistrano police officers honored for courage while under fire

I

t was standing room only at the beginning of Tuesday night’s City Council meeting. Every person in attendance sat or stood with bated breath as they watched the video footage of what could have been a fatal 911 call for three San Juan Capistrano deputies on April 27.

Even though those in the audience knew what would happen, gasps filled the chamber as a suicidal man began firing rounds at the deputies who answered a call for help that day. A camera on a patrol car captured the spray of bullets, shattering glass as deputies ducked to the ground.

The Council chamber remained silent as the video played out, except for the voice of San Juan Police Services Lt. Scott Spalding, who explained to viewers how the deputies’ training helped them find safety while under fire and ultimately allowed them to make an arrest without any injuries to any party.

Those three deputies— Leith Chacon, Juan Lopez and Anthony Franco—were also sitting in the chamber, accompanied by their families, friends and fellow officers. They were there to be recognized and commended by the city for their

courageous actions while under fire and for serving the residents of San Juan.

When it was time to approach the podium, the entire chamber erupted in a standing ovation.

The three deputies responded to a 911 call on April 27 from a distraught woman who had locked herself and her two children in her house because her husband was armed with a rifle and was threatening to end his life. When deputies arrived on the scene, the man fired more than 50 rounds at them while standing inside an open garage. After a third volley of bullets, a pause finally came and the officers were able to identify the location of the subject, gain a tactical advantage and force the man to surrender.

Mayor Pam Patterson read from the city’s declaration Tuesday night, saying that the deputies’ training and use of the basic principles of cover, concealment, communication and movement, bravery and quick thinking saved their lives, and ultimately led to the arrest of the suspect without loss of life or injury.

PARKING SHENANIGANS A BLOW TO LOCAL BUSINESS —Barry Heatherley, San Juan Capistrano I have been a resident and operated a business, The London Hair Studio, in San Juan Capistrano for more than 25 years.

It has not always been easy—the years of 2008, 2009 and 2010 were especially difficult.

We survived, and even prospered. In 2013, we were able to secure a good lease for a new space on Camino Capistrano, north of Del Obispo, right in the commercial sweet spot of San Juan Capistrano.

The shop is in the Mercado Village, full of light and fresh air, with the added feature of several on-street parking spaces directly out front. I felt like I had finally made it to Main Street USA. Then on July 5, without adequate notice or discussion with any of the affected merchants or the property owners, the city dispatched a road crew to eliminate 10 on-street parking spaces that had been enjoyed for years by the customers of the Mercado Village merchants.

I have spoken with San Juan Capistrano officials about this action. Their explanation is incredible. City officials have said the parking changes were necessary to allow the addition of a second northbound traffic lane. This is untrue. No traffic lanes have been added while our businesses have been damaged.

My fellow merchants and I believe that the city should restore the on-street

parking to its historical configuration immediately. If the city refuses to restore the traditional parking, then in order to survive, we merchants will have to reorient our business entrances to the back of our shops, rather than the front. This reorientation may involve capital expenses for new signage, drainage, lighting and handicap access. The city has shown no willingness to help with these city-caused expenses. These expenses could be a heavy burden on some of us.

If the city really believes, for some reason, that the on-street parking still needs to be eliminated, then the city should conduct well-publicized public hearings where interested business owners, interested citizens and consumers have an opportunity to provide input to the city planners.

INCREASED LAW ENFORCEMENT COULD SLOW RECKLESS ORTEGA COMMUTERS —Jana Garcia, Rancho Mission Viejo In response to the letter, “Widening of Ortega Highway is Needed to Improve Safety,” The biggest congestion stems from the commuters that travel from Lake Elsinore and other communities over the eastbound Ortega Highway. These drivers tend to be reckless—speeding in the early morning hours and all afternoon. I agree with a previous comment that the safety of our local residence and students is key.

We need more law enforcement handing out tickets consistently—that might slow down drivers. During the late afternoon and evenings I have noticed a rise in what looks like out-of-the-area commuters under the influence of some kind of substance (drugs or alcohol).

At the Movies: These Ghosts Are a Bit of a Bust

t’s a tale as old as time (or as old as the 1980s, to be more realistic): a Hollywood studio chooses to revisit an original idea from a long time ago rather than green-light a new, unique concept. Seven years ago, it was the Star Trek reboot. Last year, it was Star Wars. And right now, it’s Ghostbusters.

But this time, comedy filmmaker Paul Feig is giving us a gender-swapped remake. With a good cast and interesting spin, is it actually good?

teaching job, Erin Gilbert (Kristen Wiig) reunites with her old friend, colleague and fellow paranormal believer Abby Yates (Melissa McCarthy) to explore and experiment with engineer Jillian Holtzmann (Kate McKinnon). They start with successfully proving a famous house is haunted and then quickly come up with the idea to become professional “ghostbusters.”

tour so polarizing because I think everything that has to be said already has been by now. I can say that Feig and company have made much smoother and entertaining films with Bridesmaids (2011) and Spy (2015). Ghostbusters has stale writing, sloppy editing and a weak villain to boot. One good thing I can add is that Wiig gives probably her best lead performance since Bridesmaids, but it is wasted with a rushed product. Unless you’re a diehard fan of this comedy group, you’d be better off re-watching the original. CD Page 10

Playhouse Delivers Sword Fights and Swashbuckling Under the Stars he Camino Real Playhouse’s Curse of Capistrano debuted last weekend at San Juan’s Historic Town Center Park. Audience members were treated to professionally choreographed sword fights, live flamenco music and dancing, and enjoyed plenty of laughs throughout the family-friendly show, which brings the story of Zorro to life in San Juan Capistrano.

Six more performances are scheduled over the next two weekends: July 22-24 and 29-31 at 7:30 p.m. The show is just under two hours long with an intermission.

Picnicking begins around 6 p.m., and each night a Prettiest Picnic Contest is held. Judging is over by about 7 p.m., and winners will receive gift certificates to the theatre for the coming season. An interactive demonstration teaching kids how to sword fight using soft foam swords kicks off at 7 p.m. Free Zorro masks will also be given out to children.

Transforming Summer Crops into Homemade Holiday Gifts Connect with your family and your garden while harvesting and canning seasonal produce

N

othing tastes better than homemade jams or preserves. If you’re lucky enough to have a fruit tree or vegetable garden this summer, now is the time to consider making jams from your abundant harvest. If you don’t have the space for a fruit and vegetable garden, this is the time to purchase seasonal produce from your local farms or organic markets—think of all the yummy delights you can have on hand all year, from apricot preserves to tomato jam. Canning food is a good time to connect with your food and garden, while also bringing the family together with a project that can become an annual tradition any time of the year.

Jamming has been a tradition in our family since our children were little. This is a great opportunity to teach a skill that will benefit your kids for years to come.

Each June, our family’s apricot tree bursts with fruit at the same time of the month, and all within a few days. With all hands on deck, we get to work quickly as the ripe fruit is ready to be picked.

With the kids in tow, I’d bring out the necessary tools to get our project started—ladders, buckets, gloves and loppers to prune those lovelies into the pales, followed by the kitchen equipment and canning items. All of us would take

a turn clipping and gathering, which can take a few hours depending on fruit yields.

Following the harvest, the fruit is then brought into the house for inspection and washing. While I prepare the pots, jars and tools for canning, the kids share chores like inspecting, washing and de-pitting.

Our kitchen counter transforms into a factory with jars and lids lined up, pots filled with fruit cooking on the stove, crazy canning tools and readily available oven mitts so you don’t burn your hands from the hot water. We each take turns stirring the sweet apricot liquid, getting it ready to pour into its final place.

Marianne’s Simple Apricot Recipe 10 cups ripe apricots (about 2.5 pounds) half cup sugar juice of one lemon splash of water No pectin (almost no sugar) Wash, halve and pit the apricots.

Place all ingredients in a saucepan over high heat (no lid). When it starts to bubble, turn the burner down to the lowest heat setting. Cook three to four hours, stirring occasionally. If you like a thicker jam, spoon off the watery liquid several times midway through cooking (you can save this for another purpose).

Reuse some store-bought jam jars and place in the refrigerator for up to two weeks (if it lasts that long!)

The good news is that most of the equipment you’ll need for canning is already in your kitchen.

Equipment you may already have: Dutch oven for cooking, chopsticks for getting air bubbles out of can, kitchen timer, food processor, food thermometer, bowls for mixing and holding fruit, ladle, oven mitts, measuring cups, wooden spoons for stirring, sharp knives for cutting and peeling, tongs for lifting hot jars out of the pot, slotted spoon for draining excess liquid and a strainer for seeds.

Equipment you may need to purchase: Canning jars, lids and rims. They come in several sizes depending on what you are canning. For jams, half pints and 4-ounce jars are best. A water bath canner with a rack that fits half pint and quart jars, or a large pot will do for small batches. You must have a rack on the bottom so the jars

don’t crack. A jar lifter, so you don’t burn your hands getting the jars out, and a canning funnel for pouring.

A few helpful tips for beginners: 1. Get all your tools and ingredients out before you get started.

2. Allow enough time for it—canning is a fun activity but it’s time intensive. Save it for the weekends.

3. Stick to the recipe—there is a whole science behind canning, including making sure enough acidity is in the food to keep bacteria away.

4. Can with your kids or a buddy— there’s a lot of work to do gathering, cleaning, skinning, chopping, cooking and canning. It goes by fast when you have someone to keep you company.

5. If you can, learn from someone with more experience than you.

Adversity Inspires San Clemente Woman to Write a Book

T

he underlying message in my previous article—opportunity often arises from adversity—struck a chord with several readers.

A San Clemente resident named Karen, who has had heavy adversity in her life, emailed a response that inspired me.

She wrote, “Your last article focusing on opportunity and adversity had an impact on me. I fit your over-50 profile.”

Karen married her college sweetheart the summer after they graduated in 1976.

They had two sons. She loved being a homemaker.

She said, “My husband Mike climbed the corporate ladder. Our lifestyle got bigger and better. Then Mike was diagnosed with cancer at age 39 and was given three to four years to live. That was unacceptable to us. We’d heard about bone marrow transplantation and decided to go for it. So we swapped the death sentence for a life sentence.

“Mike’s goal was to help his young sons grow to manhood. He lived for 18 years after the transplant. He lost the career, so we swapped roles and I became the bread winner. Forget about feminism and the women’s movement; it was time for me to

change gears and pay some bills.

“At age 56, I was widowed. I had two amazing sons, a promising career, good health and a tremendous desire to live my life to its fullest. I took care of myself, attended support groups, and eventually found myself leading them.

“After a few years, I had revved up the career, joined Match. com, gained two beautiful daughters-in-law, changed careers, joined networking groups, sold the house and moved to the beach. I had two astounding grandbabies, traveled, dated ON LIFE AND LOVE AFTER 50 some wonderful men,

By Tom Blake retired and got active in Toastmasters and Rotary. I worked my body and mind four to five times per week, gave motivational speeches, joined Meetup.com and cherished some unbelievable friends.”

Karen said her friends often told her she should write a book. But she balked— she felt people wouldn’t want to read about her sad story, even though she had overcome adversity.

“And then,” Karen said, “my older son, Donovan, died of cancer last summer at age 37. Adversity? I got it. Sometimes, I think I’m way overqualified in the adversity department.

“Your article, ‘In Life, Opportunity Often Arises from Adversity,’ made me think maybe I should write a book—not only for myself, but for others. I believe I have the passion and the ability to write. I was sitting in sunlight when I started this message. Now I’m in the dark.

“I could use some advice. Have you ever thought about mentoring someone?”

I responded to Karen: “Yes, you are ‘overqualified’ in the adversity department. My heart goes out to you, and your courage with what you have been through.

“Sometimes we don’t see the opportunity that arises until time has passed, and that is what is happening with you. It likely is time for you to write your book.

“You have walked the walk, losing both your husband and son. You are an expert on this topic. Writing can be cathartic and helpful to you and to others who have faced adversity or are doing so now. Plus, you are energetic and have a creative way

with words.

“As far as mentoring you in writing, yes, I can help get you started in the right direction.”

Karen said she will start writing; she already has a working title for a book. She explained how that came about: “Last summer I was sitting in the street at a smalltown parade with my 2-year-old grandson sitting in my lap. He was so darned excited to see another vehicle with flashing lights.

Out of his beautiful mouth: ‘Nana, look at what’s coming!’ Yep, that’s the title: Look at What’s Coming.”

Huston, Sheckler Head to Dew Tour Long Beach THE CAPISTRANO DISPATCH

S

outhern California skateboarding fans will get to check out some of the best skaters in the world next week as the Dew Tour comes to the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center for an action-packed three-day extravaganza July 22-24.

Headlining the impressive list of 40 skaters will be San Juan Capistrano’s Nyjah Huston, a former Dew Tour street competition winner. San Clemente natives Ryan Sheckler and Greyson Fletcher, Sean Malto, Ryan Decenzo and Micky Papa are also scheduled to compete.

The individual professional contests, which feature multiple skate zones that emphasize different styles, will take place on July 23.

The final day of competition will feature the Dew Tour’s Team Challenge, which is a new element added for the summer season. On July 24, nine teams consisting of 36 pro skaters will battle against each

other to see who has the most well-rounded squad. Each team will send one skater to compete on a specialized course to try and pick up the most points. The Team Challenge has been broken down into technical, rails, gaps and transition zones.

Huston and Fletcher will skate for Element, alongside Evan Smith and Mason Silva. Sheckler, who has been competing on the Dew Tour since 2005, will skate for Plan B, along with Chris Cole, Chris Joslin and Jagger Eaton.

The Dew Tour stop in Long Beach will also feature a Long Beach Community Day and a screening of two films on July 22, and rappers Action Bronson and E-40 will headline a concert following the day’s activities on July 23. A free pop-up public skate park and technology experience that features virtual reality will be open to the public all weekend.

A

n estimated 56,000 people were treated to great weather and exciting action at the 40th installment of the San Clemente Ocean Festival July 16-17.

As opposed to last year’s Ocean Fest, where spotty weather and lightning dampened spirits, this year’s version of the iconic San Clemente event featured plenty of sunshine and good water conditions for the lifeguards and athletes competing.

The event kicked off with lifeguard contests on July 16 at the Pier, and concluded with the popular Great Rubber Duck Contest on July 17, in which thousands of numbered toys “raced” through the surf in an attempt to wash up the beach first.

Surf, stand-up paddleboard, fishing, sand sculpting and Ironman events filled up the days, as locals and tourists wandered the beach taking it all in.

There were several standout events this year, according to Ocean Festival race director Barrett Tester, but one of the highlights of the weekend took place during the Dory Boat races. For the first time in Ocean Fest history, a team of women competed in the field. The Huntington Beach duo of Madison Feldman and

Renae Jackson participated in the event, taking seventh overall in the Race 1 and sixth overall in Race 2.

Ideal conditions also led to one of the most exciting Grom’s Rule surf contests Tester has seen.

“The groms were awesome. The conditions were really good for that because the surf wasn’t too big or chaotic and I think it was one of the best ones ever,” Tester said.

“San Clemente is a hot bed for youth surfing and we saw that out there.”

Several San Juan Capistrano natives had strong showings at the event, highlighted

by Spenser Goodman’s dominance in the popular one-mile ocean swim. The event usually draws the largest field of competitors every year and on July 17, no one

could top Goodman in the water. Goodman placed first overall in the event with a time of 16:31, 16 seconds faster than the next closest competitor.

San Juan’s Jackson Adelman placed seventh in the boy’s 14U one mile ocean swim.

San Juan Capistrano was well represented in the Ocean Fest’s stand-up paddleboard events. Mick Vollmer placed second in the 10K paddle with a time of 1 hour 14 minutes and 41 seconds (SUP 12’6” 40-49 Men’s Division) and Brent Lacher placed sixth in the 10K paddle with a time of 1:16.13 (SUP 14’ 40-49 Men’s Division).
