Ourfirstprojectwasanoverwhelmingsuccess. Everythingwentaccordingtoplan.Thecustomerwas easytoworkwithandverysatisfied.Thenwehitthe wallonoursecondproject.Wewereoverconfidentand didnotfullyappreciatewhatchallengescouldderailthe bestintentions.Theprojecthadmanydocumentsthat werenearlyimpossibletoscan,weconsumedthe estimatedhoursabouthalfwayintotheprojectand becausethedocumentsweresodeteriorated,theoutput qualitywasbelownormal.
