In line with supporting local talent and empowering women, luxury lifestyle brand MCM unveils a regional collaboration with Saudi Artist and Singer, Hanan Kamal. Reimagining traditions from the Middle East, Hanan combines cultural codes along with her take on modern graffiti, presenting a limited-edition collection of 5 artistically decorated bags that will be exclusively available on Ounass.ae. The collection features unexpected yet spectacular pairings of motifs in vibrant bursts of color that inject fun into every piece. It celebrates freedom and diversity, and shares stories inspired by everyday life and culture in the Middle East, while still capturing the bold, aspirational and adventurous energy of the MCM brand.

The use of rich hues of pink, green, blue and yellow, intermingled with neutral shades of black and white adds to the versatility of the collection, designed keeping the new generation in mind. The collection highlights Hanan’s vision of bold expression, while still paying homage to her roots, represented through culturally relevant symbols such as the crescent moon; marking the beginning of the month of Ramadan, and the falcon; representing courage, determination and heritage.
