adidas Originals Launches New Colorway of the NMD S1 Silhouette

Having first launched the groundbreaking NMD S1 silhouette in late 2021, this season, adidas Originals returns with a brand new colorway of the elevated sneaker – unofficially referred to by the design and product team as ‘Mint Carbon’. Dubbed S1 as an abbreviation of “Sneaker Number 1”, the silhouette provocatively evolves the NMD lineage, cutting away the noise with an aesthetic approach that pushes the boundaries of form and function.

Though stripped back in nature, the NMD S1 features a number of carefully considered details. Designed for enhanced comfort, the silhouette’s upper is composed of a fully engineered seamless 3D Primeknit sock, while the quarter panels feature monomesh windows which offer increased breathability and make for a truly contemporary look.
