Timings for the treatments are approximate and include time for you to prepare and relax for treatment. Please inform your therapist of any changes to your medical record. It is advisable not to undergo any heat treatments (sauna, steam, sun bed) before or after waxing. Courses are valid for 3 months and they are neither transferable nor refundable. By the time we reach our mid 40’s it is barely in production (naturally). Due to the lack of collagen, we find that there is a lack of elasticity and we notice that the skin starts to drop - forming lines and wrinkles.

Firstly, the redness of the skin absorbs the heat energy. The blood vessels responsible for redness absorb the light energy which heats them up and disperses them naturally through the lymphatic system, thereby improving the appearance.

Secondly, the light and heat energy from the additional radio frequency warms the collagen fibres in the skin. This stimulates new collagen and collagen re-modelling. This improves the support of the small blood vessels which helps to delay the development of more thread veins and unwanted redness.

Thread veins - MPL technology triggers the collapse of the veins and broken capillaries without doing any damage to the surrounding outer layers of the skin. It also improves the overall appearance of the skin by evening out skin tone and encouraging the production of collagen.
