Meet The Clubhouse was founded in 2012 by Adam Blaskey who was frustrated with meeting important clients in uninspiring, unproductive places around London. This ignited the idea to create a better way to do business and to fill the gap between a serviced office or co-working space and meeting in hotel lobbies or coffee shops. The Clubhouse is now London’s leading business club, lounge and meeting space, providing the smarter and more flexible alternative to a London office.

Flexible Meeting Areas
Our Flexible Meeting Areas and Clublounges are perfect for informal meetings, where you can engage with clients or colleagues in professional surroundings. Membership includes access for two guests at any one time and complimentary WiFi, refreshments, fresh fruit, tea and Nespresso coffee.
Hot Desks
The Clubhouse offers hot desks and touchdown spaces for use by our members as a perfect base to work from between meetings, to finish off presentations and to work at on an ad-hoc basis.
Dedicated Desks
For those who need more than just a hot desk, we offer a limited number of dedicated desks with ergonomic task chairs and lockable pedestals. Our dedicated desks are ideal for growing companies where one or two members of the team may need their own desk in central London.

Virtual Office & PA
Business address & mail handling: £89 pcm Call answering & call forwarding: £99 pcm Call answering includes the first 50 calls pcm, additional bundles are available.
Concierge Services
Our Virtual Office service provides you with the option of a W1, SW1, EC2 or EC4 postcode as your business address and can offer full mail handling. Call answering and call forwarding, in partnership with Moneypenny, provides you with a professional, personal and dedicated answering service for your company with the ability to keep your dedicated PA informed via the Moneypenny app. Also available is a flexible PA Service, allowing you to delegate everything you haven’t got time for, from bookkeeping and paying bills to errand running and household management.
The Clubhouse offers a premium concierge service and can arrange taxis, couriers, chauffeurs, restaurant and hotel bookings, and all travel arrangements. Our members also have access to exclusive and VIP events.

Audio & Video Conferencing
Audio conferencing is included in all of our meeting rooms. StarLeaf video conferencing is available in the Boardrooms at The Clubhouse, St James’s, The Clubhouse, Holborn Circus and The Clubhouse, Bank.
Lockers & Charging Facilities
We have a number of secure lockers for use by members in which to store files, briefcases, umbrellas etc. Also available are secure mobile phone, tablet and laptop charging lockers, where you can leave your item to charge securely whether you are in or out of The Clubhouse.

The Clubhouse Deli
For members working through lunch or if you simply need a quick refuel, we are pleased to offer a selection of seasonal salads, sandwiches and snacks to keep you energised for a productive day at The Clubhouse. Our individually designed, air-conditioned meeting rooms seat up to eight people and offer HD screens and audio-conferencing facilities. We can also cater for breakfast, lunch or private dinners. All meeting rooms are charged on an hourly basis and include complimentary tea, coffee and water.
Our high-specification boardrooms can seat up to 12 guests and are perfect for formal board meetings or private dining. The rooms feature large HD screens and StarLeaf video conferencing is also available in three locations.
The Greenhouse at The Clubhouse is a place to brainstorm ideas, collaborate, present, share and develop your plans. In partnership with MultiTaction, our fully interactive, wall to wall MTCanvus video screen makes The Greenhouse the ideal solution for any business looking to boost engagement, creativity, collaboration and productivity. The Clublounge
The luxurious Clublounge featuring unique pieces of contemporary art is the perfect place to relax or catch up with clients or colleagues. Perhaps you have finished work for the day and need to unwind before heading home or going out in the evening. The Clublounge can also be hired for private events and used as a screening room.
Event Spaces
The Clubhouse can host a variety of events, large or small, and can cater to all of your event needs. We offer a number of flexible event spaces from our lounge areas, rooftop terrace, presentation rooms to exclusive use of The Clubhouse; we can host product launches, press events, networking breakfasts, evening receptions, team-building events and motivational talks. Please contact us to discuss your individual requirements.

Presentation Rooms
The Clubhouse offers a number of large presentation rooms, providing ideal spaces for larger presentations, conferences, off-sites, product launches, team-building events, town hall-style meetings or drinks receptions.

Named after Sir John Soane and Sir Herbert Baker, the first and last architects of the nearby Bank of England building, these flexible rooms feature floor to ceiling windows with an impressive view of The City and St Paul’s cathedral.

These large rooms are named after the first private owner of 8 St James’s Square, the famous English potter, Josiah Wedgwood, and the renowned architect and designer of New Delhi, Sir Edwin Lutyens, who laid out his plans for the Indian capital in his studio just behind 8 St James’s Square.
