PROGRAM COMPONENTS META DYNAMICS™ PROFILE TOOL Complete diagnostic analysis of each members of the team in terms of their capability to see the bigger picture, provide structural support and planning, implement effectively and bring their team with them. Once fully assessed, each member in the program will be provided with feedback and a Meta Dynamics™ ‘Blueprint’ of where their strengths and stretches are, and how to proceed to improve their performance and results. DISRUPTIVE LEADERSHIP TRAINING PROGRAM Disruptive Leadership is the program for creating the leaders of tomorrow. This is not a model for management. It’s a model for shaking up the status quo and building incredible culture where results and passionate people can thrive. DELIVERY FORMAT

Online modulised program, delivered as 1 module per month

PURPOSE

Connect participants with a range of methodologies and thinking frameworks from the world’s best leaders that blend with our mentoring and support

MENTORING SESSIONS The mentoring sessions are designed to provide information, ideas, brainstorming and insights for the client to determine the most appropriate path forward. The outcome is to ensure that the identified strengths are maximised and the identified stretches are developed within each participant. DELIVERY FORMAT

1 session per fortnight, per client, with strategically chosen

QUARTERLY TRAINING SESSIONS Quarterly training sessions are conducted for all participants to access the principles of: • • • •

DELIVERY FORMAT

1 session per 90 days for all participants

PURPOSE

Provide structured methodologies for leadership and business effectiveness

ACCESS TO YOUR DISRUPTIVE LEADERSHIP CONSULTANT Participants will have access to your Consultant, to tap into their expertise outside of scheduled sessions. DELIVERY FORMAT

Ad hoc contact, on specifically designated client email or phone, as required, with a 24 hour turnaround for reply/return phone call.

PURPOSE

Connect with our experience and knowledge, to access advanced strategies and methodologies.

LENGTH OF SERVICE

This access becomes available after 90 days of mentoring, training, and implementation – this is to ensure the foundations of success are in place, before focusing on how to implement this.

The Assessment is conducted at the beginning of the proposed mentoring initiative, and held over three consecutive days with all participants Disruptive Leadership Program All modules of this program are provided from the beginning of this initiative, and then the participants are given a structure for blending training, learning, and experience Individual Mentoring Half hour mentoring and accountability sessions held each fortnight.
