Launch

 Track launch numbers  Potentially make tweaks

Stick

 Stick should be tracking  Track stick numbers and open rates

Room

 Confirm agenda, timing, catering if applicable & video & audio requirements  Check stock – Products, registration equipment, room stationary etc.
