THE DAY OF THE EVENT The day has arrived, you’ve prepared as much as possible and it’s now time to turn it up even more in order to create an amazing experience for everyone involved. THREE MAJOR CATEGORIES FOR TRAINING DAYS There are 3 major categories to take care of for each day of training: 1. Before start of Day  Outcome is that all attendees feel loved and completely taken care of all the way until they’re in their seats 2. During the Day  Outcome is that all attendees are 100% taken care of during the training 3. After End of Day  Outcome is the following day is set up for success or that all event promises are captured and being followed through with

BEFORE

Complete

Arrive and turn on & test all lighting and equipment Crew brief when all crew arrive to set the team up for success Final room set up while making sure crew members are certain in how to rock their roles Registration set up Welcoming arriving attendees Getting all attendees from coffees to in their seats with gracefulness, certainty and love

DURING

Complete

Deliver amazing value from stage while being aware of timing count downs Connect with attendees during breaks Check in with team during breaks

AFTER

COMPLETE

Help all attendees exit while collecting name badges Setting up registrations table for the following day Tidy up room Download all video content Collate all photos Make sure all promises were captured Crew briefing Turn off all lights and equipment
