CREW REQUIRMENTS CHECKLIST Running a professional, high quality, silver service event is without a doubt a collective effort. It requires a team. Especially if you are the one on stage delivering your message and adding value. That is where your crew comes into play. Your team is a reflection of you, what your stand for and the message you deliver. So it’s important that you have a criteria around who is helping you run your event and then set them up for success.
YOUR CREW What to take into consideration for crew: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.
Are they into your message and your offer? Will they provide certainty for your attendees? Are they warm and loving? Are they reliable and will they show up? Do they have a servant’s heart and will do whatever it takes to create an amazing experience?
SETTING UP FOR SUCCESS The most important aspect of setting up the crew is a briefing. When a team is all around the same mission you get the best results and your attendees will get the best experience. Your brief must cover why everyone is here, why it’s important, the standards and expectations as crew, each person’s role or responsibility, what they will actually be doing, who they speak to if they need help and if they have any questions.

ENVIRONMENT EMBODY CERTAINTY, WARMTH, LOVE Why we’re here: serve attendees…. It’s all about them How much this matters to them… you never know how big of a deal it can be for someone to be in the room… create that experience for them Disneyland metaphor: we’re not here to experience Disneyland… we’re here to create it…. It’s all about them Pay attention to what serves the room… it’s easy to get swept up in the content because it’s awesome… stay attentive to the room Give an example of why this matters so much to you and how passionate you are about this Complete certainty If you don’t know the answer to something, still give complete certainty: That is a great question; I don’t have the exact answer but let me get you someone who does… Be into them, find out why they’re in the room, why it matters to them, who do they want to become EMBODY CERTAINTY, WARMTH, LOVE
STRUCTURE Set your team up with what responsibilities they will take care of. A crew member can have more than one role and if they need a break or want to swap, the standard is they set the next person up for success.
