If they have certainty and can take care of their roles it provides you with the certainty that all you have to focus on is being on stage and delivering your message and offer.

One of the most important times for your team to be prepared is right after your offer. Make sure they are clear that the following must be the standard: Music ready to play immediately The team are standing hands by side with a warm smile There should be an invisible love bubble coming from the table Sales table clean and organized A messy table is a messy mind and it communicates we can take care of them Clipboards with paperwork on it Pens right next to clip boards The appropriate product displays The appropriate product mock ups EFTPOS machines accessible, yet not in direct sight as they walk to the back of the room Staplers ready
