15ml sugar syrup
150g ice
Halved strawberry, to garnish
Method: Blend all the ingredients, including the ice, for 10 seconds. Pour into a wine glass or tumbler. Garnish with a halved strawberry, placed on the rim. Spritz it: Top with lemonade.
Piña Colada
50ml coconut rum or white rum
50ml cream of coconut
15ml lime juice
5 small pineapple chunks (frozen works best)
75ml pineapple juice
4 small ice cubes, plus extra to serve
Method: Blend all the ingredients, including the ice. Pour into a highball or wine glass and fill with more ice.
Spritz it: Top with ginger beer.
