Free The Marquee is a collective of visual artists, poets, writers, musicians, and free thinkers who strive to give opportunity and exposure to local artists while establishing a cult of profoundly bearded, Tecate consuming, spliff suckin’, Nixon bashing, vegetable eating, flannel rockin’, acid jazzin group of radical associates we call friends. We hail from San Diego, but have a sort of romantic-long-distance thing going on with San Francisco.
