Graduate and Certificate Programs Saint Rose prepares accomplished educators for leadership at either the school, district or college/university level. Each curriculum culminates in a field experience designed to meet the student’s goals; several also feature research projects that range from assessing the quality of programs in an actual educational institution to investigating evidence-based practices. Across the board, Saint Rose offers a unique blend of advantages: personal attention to emerging leaders, small yet diverse classes, highly qualified practitioner-professors, and an extensive graduate network.
Faculty The program’s faculty members bring the wisdom of their long and distinguished experience into the graduate curriculum including a former superintendent and educational consultant with a long list of accomplishments, including creation and passage of a $99.2 million school construction project. A third faculty member served in New York City as deputy superintendent and has been principal investigator on many U.S. Department of Education grants.
With recognition from the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education, the College’s educational leadership programs now rank among the elite in the United States.
