Students will learn how to present and speak about their artwork to other students, faculty, and staff. Activities include collaborating with other clubs to create designs (flyers, logos, etc.), host art showcases, and develop special group projects.

This club meets every THURSDAY at 3pm IN ROOM 402

Heavy Dirty Soul This concept is meant to show an inner battle within my mind between myself and my insecurities. My insecurities are represented by a demon of myself, basically meaning my inner demons. The representation is me finally defeating my insecurities after 10 long years of and shyness and doubt.

Jack vs. Jack

With the upcoming release of Cartoon Networks’ Fusion Fall Retro, I decided to draw up a promo for it. This game was a cool part of my childhood but sadly, it was taken down 4 years ago by the network. Thanks to a dedicated team of developers, they are finally bringing the game back! I drew one of my favorite characters and his fusion counterpart in honor of the game’s revival.

Prepare Yourself I made this piece in honor of my favorite Smash Brothers character, Fire Emblem’s Radiant Hero, Ike. As you can see, the drawing shows intimidation and strength through the captain’s stance.

This is a comic cover I created for a genderbent version of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I thought it would be a fun little twist to turn these characters into girls! It gives a great contrast from the original masculine look. Digital Illustration by Jenique Jolly 5

This club meets every wednesday at 3pm IN ROOM 202

Mistrust Green Woman When I was drawing this picture I wanted people to have the same feeling that the Mona Lisa gives its audience. When you look at her eyes, it feels like its following you. The drawing is a mix-media of charcoal, color pencil, and markers.

American Indian Woman This drawing of an American woman with the headdress is to represent how strong and beautiful women are. This drawing is made up of charcoal, markers and oil gold paint.

The King Skull I’ve done many portraits but I wasn’t doing well with the proportion, so I started to learn the human skull to know the details and the proportion. When I was done I felt it was simple, so I added the crown with a K on the top of the crown. This drawing is a mix-Mead of charcoal, color pencil and markers.
