GETTING HERE Princesshay is conveniently situated close to both the bus and train stations in Exeter. When leaving the centre via Princesshay Lane simply turn right onto Paris Street and you will see the bus and coach station. Exeter Central train station is a 10-minute walk.
When leaving the centre, head to Queen Street via the High Street and the station is on your right. Coming by car? You’ll find 264 spaces in our car park. It’s located just off Paris Street and the post code for your sat nav is EX1 1GF.

Christmas opening hours
Over the festive period, you can shop late until 9pm every Thursday from 16th November. Plus, selected stores will open until 8pm on Black Friday (24th November), and we’re open until 7pm on 19th, 20th, 22nd and 23rd December. We’re open 11am to 5pm on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, closed Christmas Day, and open 11am to 5pm (selected retailers only) on Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Other than this our standard hours of 9.30am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am to 5pm Sundays, apply.

Join us for breath-taking entertainment on our late-night Thursdays this year
ARCO
Enjoy a spectacular 15-minute display of acrobatics performed from a 12m high inflated arch by Arco, a talented team of aerialists. Show times are at 5pm, 6pm and 7pm on Thursday 30th November in Princesshay Square.
SPARK! Spark! is a mesmerising 30-minute performance that combines high-impact drumming with kaleidoscopic lighting. Shoppers can expect three separate shows at 5pm, 6pm and 7pm on Thursday 7th December starting in Princesshay Square.
THE CHRISTMAS LIGHTS SWITCH-ON The Christmas lights switchon will officially kick-start Princesshay’s late night shopping evenings on Thursday 16th November in Princesshay Square. There will be Christmas carols, live music and festive entertainment from 4pm until 7.30pm. You’ll also be able to meet Princesshay’s polar bears, Hope and Clarence.
