With over 20 years of banking experience, Matt officially took over the BOQ Oxenford reigns in July 2019.

Prior to this, the branch was headed up by Handley Jones.

Since first opening the doors in 2003, the BOQ Oxenford team have worked hard to cement the branch as a financial cornerstone in the community, proudly helping countless locals with their banking needs.

“BOQ’s unique Owner-Manager model means I don’t just manage the branch, I own it too,” explains Matt.

“Being and Owner-Manager means I am invested in the local community, and our customers success is my success.

“But I certainly don’t do it all on my own. I am lucky to have a fantastic team who work alongside me each day.”

This team includes Matt Batcheldor, Branch Manager, and Tony Kuskie, Business Development Manager, who have both been with BOQ for 10 years.

Tony is a mobile banker, so if you can’t make it in branch to visit the team, he can come to you at a time and place that’s most convenient.

In the lending space are Glenda and Kaylene, both Lending Specialists who have been with BOQ Oxenford since the doors first opened over 18 years ago.

And for your day-to-day banking needs, you can expect to see the friendly faces of Leita, Bec, Karen, Wendy and Dee waiting to greet you.
