Now based in South-East Queensland, Tim is enjoying the associated challenges and rewards.

“A recent client in Sanctuary Cove asked me: ‘Tim, can you ‘flip’ the house interior? Move the living spaces to the north and the bedrooms to the south. Add another bedroom, improve the poolside entertaining areas, install larger window and door units … and do this all within the existing external walls?’
