The Jabiru Restaurant is the Club’s fine dining restaurant.

Canasta is a card game in the Rummy family.
The Sanctuary Cove Canasta group was formed around 1995 to provide a social venue for women in the Sanctuary Cove Golf Club and is eclectic in its inclusions from golfers and Bridge players to novices at cards.
The Club plays a version called Samba Canasta.
This is a game that can be played by 2, 3 or 4 players (forming 2 pairs).
While there is friendly rivalry, it is a casual game with plenty of opportunity for talking and laughter.
The Sanctuary Cove Canasta group is very pleased to welcome new arrivals and to teach and encourage where required.
It is another great way to meet new friends in an easygoing atmosphere.

The NSW Hunter Valley proved a stunning setting for Kollosche’s annual incentive trip – Unite 2022 – held last month in recognition of individual contribution and effort.
Unite 2022 brought together 25 team members from across Kollosche’s leadership, sales, marketing, and administration divisions, all of who had been recognised with a major gong at the prestige agency’s annual awards event.
Based in picturesque Polkobin, our award-winners enjoyed the best the Hunter region had to offer, exploring award-winning food, vineyards, and scenery over four relaxing days.
