By The Horns Whiskey Sour

5% ABV £4.35 Pint Cask special brewed for Craft100 2016. A sour ale aged in whiskey barrels. Tart lemon and warming whiskey.

Cantillon Cuvée Saint-Gilloise

5% ABV £5.95 Half A 2-year old lambic which has been dry-hopped for three weeks in-cask. Tart, funky, zesty. Also available in bottle.

3.3% ABV £5.00 Pint A sour ale brewed with chuckleberry – a cross between redcurrant, gooseberry and jostberry. The result is citric tartness balanced with juicy sweetness.

Hawkshead Earl Grey and Seville Orange Sour

3.3% ABV £5.30 Pint A Berliner Weisse aged with Earl Grey, Manuka honey and Seville Orange Peel. Fruity and floral.

High Water Central Valley Breakfast Sour

6.2% ABV £5.00 Third A sour ale aged for one year in used French oak wine barrels on grapefruit, pear and lychee. Tart, juicy and refreshing.

Hoppin’ Frog King Gose Home

6% ABV £6.50 Half An imperial gose created to welcome back NBA superstar LeBron James to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The Kernel London Sour Damson

4.1% ABV £4.65 Half A blend of saison, sour and barrel aged sour, this beer is packed with 300g a litre of fresh British Damson plums.

The Kernel London Sour Raspberry

4.1% ABV £3.65 Half A blend of saison, sour and barrel aged sour, this beer is packed with fresh British raspberries. Also available in bottles.

Northern Monk The Forgotten Sin

10.5% ABV £6.00 Half A Victorian wild ale, aged in bourbon barrels for six months and left for the wild yeast to play. Full of sour raspberry, and smoke imparted from the bourbon barrels.

Oud Beersel Oude Vieux Lambiek 6% ABV £5.35 Half This lambiek is used as the base for all Oud Beersel’s blends. A classic sour ale.


Prairie Flare

5.4% ABV £6.70 Half A gose brewed with orange and coriander. This beer is slightly tart, a little salty, and has a nice balance from the fruit and spices.

Prairie Funky Gold Simcoe

7.5% ABV £7.25 Half The classic Prairie Gold dry-hopped with a massive amount of Simcoe – funky and fresh. Also available in bottles.

Sahtipaja Bitter Blodapelsin

A Berliner Weisse brewed with blood oranges, light and zesty.

Sahtipaja Darker Side of Sour 6.9% ABV £4.95 Half The darker side of sour beer, this is a soured wheat beer brewed with blackberries. Siren Vanilla Weisse

4% ABV £5.20 Pint A Berliner Weisse dry-hopped with Equinox, Enigma and 4 kilos of vanilla pods, giving tart fruit flavour with luscious vanilla ice cream. Also available in bottles.

750ml 11.7% ABV £41.95 This special beer is a curious blend of The Bruery’s barrel aged stout, Black Tuesday, and their Flemish-style sour red ale, Oude Tarte.

750ml 5% ABV This apricot lambic is brewed yearly and uses 300g of organic apricots per litre.

Cantillon Grand Cru Bruocsella (2012)

750ml 5% ABV £19.50 This lambic has been matured for three years in oak casks, and has been selected for its unique colour, bouquet and aroma.

Cantillon Gueuze

375ml/750ml 5% ABV £7.95/£14.95 A blend of one, two, and three year-old lambics creates a second fermentation in the bottle. The champagne of Belgium.

Cantillon Iris

750ml 5% ABV £19.75 This lambic uses only pale ale malt and 50% fresh hops. After two years in the barrel it then goes through a second fresh hopping two weeks before bottling.

Cantillon Kriek

750ml 5% ABV £19.75 This blended lambic has been brewed with cherries. A rich red colour tips you off to what should be expected: wonderful aromas of cherries, wheat, and oak.

Cantillon Rosé De Gambrinus

375ml/750ml 5% ABV £11.95/£20.75 This raspberry lambic is a perfect balance of dry tartness with a lovely raspberry accent. Boldly tart, sour, and “funky” flavours are complemented by lightly sweet and tart raspberries.

Cantillon Vigneronne

750ml 5% ABV £21.50 A blend of muscat grapes and lambic. The fructose makes this beer more mellow than the Gueuze or the other fruit beers. A distant cousin of certain white wines.


Hanssens Experimental Cassis

375ml 6% ABV £11.10 This lambic has been matured for three years in oak casks, and has been selected for its unique colour, bouquet and aroma.

Lost Abbey Red Poppy Ale

375ml 5% ABV £24.95 Soured from a brown ale base brewed with poppy seeds and cherries, and aged in oak barrels for over 6 months, this complex beer is packed with fruit flavours.

Oud Beersel Oude Kriek

375ml 6.5% ABV £9.95 Lambic blended with cherries and matured in oak barrels. It contains around 400 grams of cherries per litre.

Partizan Cuvee Adina (2013)

330ml 5.5% ABV £5.50 30% Girardin young lambic and 70% saison blended in pinot noir barrels. Aged for one year in barrel and 6 months in bottle. They left 30% in each barrel for further blending the next year.

Partizan Cuvee Lemon (2014)

330ml 4.5% ABV £5.50 30% Cuvee Adina and 70% saison totally fermented out then aged in wood for a year and bottle for 6 months.

Partizan Cuvee Maxine (2015)

330ml 3.6% ABV £5.50 From barrels filled with 100% saison that had been fully fermented out in tank. This was aged in wood for one year and bottle for 6 months.

Redchurch Tartelette

330ml 4.5% ABV £4.75 Berliner-weisse brewed with an initial lactobacillus souring followed by a saccharomyces fermentation producing a delicate beer with subtle tartness and a gentle citrus finish.

Thornbridge Days of Creation

375ml 7% ABV £21.00 Sour Red Ale aged in Burgundy barrels with raspberries, which won Silver at the World Beer Cup.

Thornbridge Love Among the Ruins

375ml 7% ABV £21.00 Sour Red Ale aged in Burgundy barrels with cherries, which won Gold at the World Beer Cup.

Tilquin Gueuze 375ml/750ml 6.4% ABV £8.95/£15.95 A spontaneous fermentation beer obtained from the blending of 1, 2 and 3 years old lambics. Wild Beer Co. The Blend – Summer 2015
