Strawberry Cream Cheese Cookies
Dear hungry readers…
The summer is coming to an end, but a good cookie recipe solves all. Being my personal favorite, it is perfect as a snack, dessert, or event favorite. Enjoy!
DIRECTIONS
Dice up the strawberries and pour them into a bowl. Add the lemon juice to the diced strawberries and let them sit.
Pour the all-purpose flour into a separate bowl. Add the baking soda and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix the butter and the cream cheese in.
While stirring the cream cheese and butter, add the sugar and vanilla extract. Crack the two large eggs into the mixture.
Still stirring the cream cheese mixture, add small amounts of the dry ingredients and the white chocolate chips.
Drain the strawberries and add 2 tablespoons of flour over them. This is to coat the strawberries. Then, pour the strawberries into the cream cheese mixture.
Make sure that all the strawberries are thoroughly mixed in. After, place it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. While waiting for the strawberries, grease a cookie sheet. After 10 minutes, shape the mixture into dough balls. Then, bake for 13-15 minutes at 350 degrees until the edges are golden brown.
