INGREDIENTS

1 cup (250ml) Nil Desperandum Botanical Rum 1 cup chai tea (black and chilled) 1 cup pineapple juice 2 cups dry ginger ale 1 cup chopped tropical fruits 2 cups crushed ice 8 sprigs mint

METHOD

1. Stir all ingredients together in a large (2L) jug or punch bowl. 2. Add extra sugar to taste, if desired.
