The Mitchell Rec Center offers Personal and small-group training from two Certified Personal Trainers. Adam Fosness and Thomas Gulledge will guide you in your journey to lose weight, get in shape, build muscle or whatever your fitness goals are. RATES:

Single with Adam or Thomas: 10- 1 hour sessions for $200

Group (2+) with Adam or Thomas: 10- 1 hour sessions for $145 each (must train together)

Single with Adam or Thomas: 10- ½ hour sessions for $145
