Jeff is one of the foremost authorities on Walt Disney and the secrets to his success.

As an admirer of Walt Disney’s story since childhood, Jeff spent years studying not only the history of Walt and what happened in his life, but more importantly why things happened. Between obtaining his doctorate and writing two best selling books on the life and lessons learned from Walt’s wisdom, Jeff teaches others how to apply Walt’s lessons for setting and accomplishing amazing goals.

Jeff has been a lifelong fan of Walt Disney, Disney parks, and the stories they tell.

Jeff is more than an expert on Walt Disney and a fan of the theme parks. When Jeff talks to audiences, he blends the history, nostalgia, and Disney experience that we all love with real-life applications.

If you have ever wanted to bring Disney home, or you’ve never wanted your day at Disney to end, Jeff will leave you feeling the exact same way at the end of his keynotes and workshops.

In 2014, Jeff created a college course on The Life And Lessons of Walt Disney. At the time it seemed outlandish. A college course on the history of an amusement park? Dick Ficco is no stranger to any of us—especially if you have been to a Christmas Decor Awards ceremony in the last few years. His business has been one of the fastest growing operations in our network, with ambitions to hit $2 million.

Starting last year, Dick graciously volunteered to offer the new Mentorship Program—where we have held THREE sessions now in Dallas, Atlanta and Chicago, with more than 45 companies in attendance. The focus of the program is about FULLY COMMITTING to your Christmas Decor franchise.

Dick will be hosting a session this year on Launching Into The 2024 Christmas Decor Season—where he will share his approach to doing everything possible NOW so you can stay on track during the season itself. Commercial Training 1pm - 4pm in AB Ballroom

The Pre-Conference Commercial Training will give you an overview of best practices for launching your business into commercial projects. We’ll start with classroom “Introduction” training, then we’ll have hands-on assembly time on some of our new FDS products. This is a great way to learn what successful franchises are doing to grow their commercial business while getting experience with unique products.

NTD / DS Workshop

8:30am - 12pm in Miami 1-3

Why now is a good time to sell, RGB has never been in more demand than today. DS provides all the products to help you gain a foothold into this fast-growing industry segment. Let’s talk about the certification program, its levels and why this is a good thing for the franchise. Along with the DS line of products, the new user & installer Apps how they work and what is the benefit to you. Finally, what’s new in Decor Smart product line, lamps, manuals and desktop App.

New Commercial Business Development Program For Christmas Decor Franchises

8:30am - 12pm in Daytona

Commercial business development is perhaps the largest opportunity we have both in season and out! This session will detail an increased (and aggressive) commercial business development initiative we have launched. It features a multi-front 'attack' and increased resources devoted to this initiative. While we have not built it up enough to provide complete services to all franchises, we will be sharing the approach and tools we have created so you can participate at your own level!

This is a meeting for new contractors who want to join our franchise network! We will cover the benefits of our program, and candidates who are pre-qualified and attend this meeting can sign and stay for the remainder of the event.

Getting Involved with NTD/DS/PL365

4pm - 5pm in Daytona

One of the biggest opportunities for existing franchises is to engage in additional service lines throughout the year to generate revenue, keep people plugged in, and maintain the core of your specialty business all year long.
