The third quarter and early fourth quarter have seen sales going from strength to strength. At the upper end of the spectrum, I successfully closed on the only two homes so far this year in Summerlin to sell for over $6,000,000. I have also made some notable land sales: I sold my first ever resale lot listing in The Summit to one of my cash buyers for $4,550,000 and also closed on the lot at the very top of The Ridges to another of my buyers for $5,300,000. Couple that with two more lot sales in The Summit (to two more of my cash buyers – one at $2,700,000 and one at $3,200,000) and you can certainly see the cause for my optimism in the luxury market.
The slightly lower-priced homes (between $1,500,000 and $5,000,000) have also been selling extremely well as the general state of the Vegas economy continues to rally.
