He developed Revolution Precrafted, a company that combines the elements of art and fashion with real estate. By creating designdriven prefabricated and traditional homes, he wanted to democratize design and make it accessible to a wider audience. Instead I always try to improve myself and the company. I also try to explore new things that I can accomplish. Being an entrepreneur by heart he decided to revolutionize the real estate business by introducing the ideas that no one had explored before. With this intention in mind, he started with Revolution Precrafted, where they introduced luxury and art into what used to be a very basic need for quick home construction Under the Resident Holdings Group, Robbie has established companies engaged not only in real estate and property development but also in leisure and hospitality, social media marketing, franchising, fashion and beauty retailing. Revolution Precrafted is the flagship company under Resident. Among them, too, is Renegade Branding Concepts —a onestop shop marketplace and destination

But like what I did with Revolution Precrafted, I want to offer products that stand out from the rest. And to achieve everything that Robbie has, one needs not only great leadership, but a lot of grit, determination and luck. Robbie also credits his success to a team of accomplished and over-achieving team that keeps up with his entrepreneurial ambitions. Antonio wants his Team to always aim for excellence in anything they do. Being the leader, Robbie imparts in them valuable knowledge and experiences that he has gained through personal encounters so that they will also be inspired to aim for the moon. “Mediocrity is a dead word for me and my team.” Antonio is also the Founder and CEO of Revolution Precrafted, the first and only PropTech unicorn startup in Southeast Asia and the first startup billion-dollar company in the Philippines. he graphite market is predicted to hit $ 27 Billion by 2025. With demands for graphite from various industries, the market growth of graphite has been exponential. The times are changing, and there are demands for electric vehicles, and there is also a rise in the commercial applications of graphene. Also the growing demand of energy storage will drive the growth of the graphite market. Led by CEO A.Paul Gill, Lomiko Metals is focused on the exploration and development of minerals for the new green economy such as lithium and graphite and also has a 100% interest in Lomiko Technologies Inc., an investor in technology and manufacturer of electronic products. The CompanyLomiko Metals Inc. is a Canadabased, exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and 16
development of resource properties that contain minerals for the new green economy. Its mineral properties include the 80% owned La Loutre and Lac Des Iles Graphite Properties and the 100% owned Quatre Milles Graphite Property. Who We Are • Lomiko Metals (LMR.V) is a Canada-based, exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of resource properties that contain minerals for the new green economy. • The Company has completed its initial option and has earned its 30% interest in the La Loutre Flake and Lac des iles Flake Graphite Properties, Quebec. • The company is working on its Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) which, if: successful, adds considerable value to the company. • 20% holder of Promethieus Technologies Inc. www.promethieus.com. • Founded in 1987; Headquartered in Vancouver B.C.; Seasoned and Motivated Management Team. The company has discovered high-grade graphite at its La Loutre Property in Quebec and is working toward a Pre-Economic Assessment (PEA) that will increase its current indicated resource of 4.1 Mt of 6.5% Cg to over 10 Mt of 10%+ Cg. Paul Gill, CEO of Lomiko Metals has stated that the exploration has been completed and it is showing two different areas of deposits: the graphene battery zone and the refractory zone. The consolidated 43-101 resource estimate is expected soon. According to Mr. Gill, the material at Lomiko’s discovery is of similar or better quality than the material at the IMERYS Carbon Graphite Mine 53 km to the Northwest and 100 kms from the IMERYS processing facility at the Port February 2020

of Montreal. The IMERYS mine has a mine closure plan for 2022 and needs replacement. Located near a producing mine with an experienced workforce with excellent infrastructure and year around working capability, La Loutre property has great potential to become the next graphite mine. Lomiko Metals has been working in the battery materials space for about six years now. Lomiko Metals has focused on graphite because that is the material that makes up the anode of a lithium-ion battery, which is the main power source for most electric vehicles. They have discovered a very good deposit of material in Quebec and now with 170 drill holes, are showing two different areas of near surface mineralization. One is called the graphene battery zone and the other is the refractory zone. They have finished the refractory zone drilling in 2019 and will be going to a consolidated 43-101 resource estimate shortly. The discovery they’ve just made at the refractory zone is similar or of better quality than the material or the grades that are being mined at www.theenterpriseworld.com
There are other very relevant companies in the space, Nouveau Monde, which is TSXV: NOU, Mason Graphite, which is TSXV: LLG, Graphite One, which is TSXV: GPH and Northern Graphite, TSXV: NGH. But all of those that are post pre-economic assessment and have major flaws. Mason needs to build infrastructure. Nouveau Monde has sulphur in their particular deposit, which adds cost. Graphite One is located in the Aleutians Islands in Alaska, which is a very difficult mining jurisdiction because of the weather and Northern Graphite has low grade which may hamper the economics. But Lomiko is in a Goldilocks zone, located just north of the Port of Montreal and just south of the IMERYS Carbon Graphite Mines. Lomiko has a very distinct advantage because there is now a North American strategy being put in place for battery materials, which includes lithium, graphite and cobalt. A Few Highlights and the Road AheadThe highlight for Lomiko was finding one strike length was 110 meters, with grades of 14.5%, which are double of what they are mining at the Imerys Carbon Graphite Mine. Imagine mineralization taller than the Statue of Liberty and obviously there’s not just one drill hole that’s only six 17
‘‘ What makes us different from other companies in this particular sector is that we are located only 53 kilometres from the only operating graphite mine in North America, the Imerys Carbon and Graphite Mine. inches wide there. It is probably indicative of a larger area of mineralization.
preliminary economic assessment, which will put a dollar value on that particular deposit.
ESD. Through AJS Management Corp., he also provides advice to private sector clients.
Lomiko has also done many other drill holes and have confirmed a mineralization zone that extends for 900 meters, from the Northwest to the Southeast at the refractory zone and also a width of about 400 meters.

His latest work has been to spearheading investment activities under Lomiko Technologies. On December 4, 2014, Lomiko created Graphene Energy Storage Devices after it received confirmation from Strategic Alliance Partner Graphene Labs Inc. of New York that the Research Group at Stony Brook University received a prototype graphene super capacitor and filed a patent. Lomiko owns 40% of the new company and will focus on research, development and commercialization of this exciting new product.
We have a definite area of a high grade and of mining potential.

Marina come te la passi. That is How are you doing in Italian. Imagine you are in Italy for some work or you are there as a student and someone ask you this and you have no clue how to respond to that. That is how language works. It is the basic way to communicate with people. If you don’t know the language there could be a language barrier. Marina Tognetti, who herself is fond of learning new languages, founded mYngle end 2007. Originally from Italy, she has worked in dierent countries and speaks several languages, Italian, English, Dutch, French, Spanish, and some Mandarin. Tognetti Language plays an important aspect in our everyday lives. With mYngle, Marina Tognetti is helping people to get a better communication. So when we asked, what exactly is mYngle, she saidmYngle is a company that offers customized language training programs through video conferencing in 45 different languages anytime, anywhere. Our lessons are one-on-one, with highly qualified native coaches and related to the job-position of the learner. Our virtual classrooms enable learners to take classes 24/7. We are the solution for busy professionals who need language training to be successful in their international business, and for Companies that want great learning results and a transparent and controllable learning process to make their investment a success. It is the highway or no way! On what challenges mYngle had to face, Marina saysBuilding a business from scratch is always challenging, building a tech start-up disrupting an industry as traditional as that of education, is exponentially more challenging (especially more than 10 years ago, when we started). There are all sorts of resistances - those of a still immature market- that you have to bypass: from the stereotypes www.theenterpriseworld.com
Leading the Language Land consumers have in their minds to the (conservative) opinions of people around you. There is always the sun after a dark night. There always comes a point that triggers the growth of the company. For mYngle it wasIt was when we changed from the initial business model to a completely different one, which is the mYngle we are now. We had launched mYngle as a marketplace, something I knew very well from my previous eBay experience. We thought we got it all, and that it was just a matter of implementation. We had got funding, lots of Awards and PR, a very motivated team. But despite all that, it was not developing as we had initially planned. We listened to our customers and they gave us the new direction, from an open marketplace to a quality global online school, from B2C to B2B. We now have prestigious business clients and learners all over the word, with tens
of thousands of lessons given each month. Challenges paved way for a long standing success of the company. And Marina tells us how exactly! Constant focus on customers and their needs is one of our pillars and key strengths. This is particularly important when you are in an industry that, like that of online education, is in a transition or evolution phase, where the main challenge is not competition but the unawareness or inexperience of customers. Education was (and in large part still is) operating in the old traditional way, offering learners what is available, not what they need. But “One size does not fit all.” By understanding the customer and diversifying our offer in terms of teacher- contentfrequency, we can match each specific need. Being an entrepreneur, Marina’s views on entrepreneurship are25

Main responsibilities are keeping the vision strong- in order to set the direction and anticipate and navigate challenges- and developing an organization that is agile- in order to be able to implement the vision and perform under rapid change. This requires an entrepreneur that is able to “Think out of the box”, not afraid of taking (calculated) risks, and that has the courage and decisiveness to model the vision with actions.
For these reasons, mYngle has also won numerous awards as recognition for its contribution to online education. Immediately at start (2008): Accenture Innovation Award, European Ventures Summit Award, Benelux Venture Summit Award, and more later on. I also received numerous awards as founder and CEO of Myngle, such as 50 most inspiring women tech leaders in Europe, 50 most inspiring women in Dutch technology sector, Iconic Women Creating a Better World for All and many others.
Her professional experience includesI am a tech entrepreneur, founder of myngle.com, but the passion for entrepreneurship came later on in my career. I started with a successful career by large multinationals, Procter & Gamble, Philips, Sara Lee, The Boston Consulting Group, eBay- with an MBA from INSEAD- living and working in different Countries. It was when working as consultant on a project on internet strategy that I first saw the potential of internet to disrupt entire industries and change forever the way we buy/sell/interact. I had to be part of that! That was the driver to start an innovative company as mYngle, as I knew I could make a real difference. With the vast experience she has had, some of the highlights of her entrepreneurial journey areWhen we started, back in 2008, we were pioneering, amongst the first to provide oneto-one teaching of all 26
Now online language education is setting the standards in terms of quality and flexibility. And we have been part of that. Every great team is the virtue of a great leader. On building such great team she saysIn mYngle we stimulate a culture of experimentation and allowing mistakes. Innovation cannot exist in a culture of fear of consequences. We try to develop people that think and not only do “jobs”. We look in our staff for entrepreneurs, people who do not keep the status quo, but push themselves beyond their comfort zone. from people around. Her favourite book? It is a very old short book, and not a business one, but somehow, I feel it reflects my vision of life as well as that of an entrepreneur: “Jonathan Livingston seagull”. It is about seeking a higher purpose in life, even if our flock (everyone around us) finds it threatening. Follow our own path in life and so fulfil our true potential. It is about finding freedom. A person she admires? It is not a specific person, but overall, what inspires me are people that dare to push the limits. This in many aspects of life. Going beyond business to avoid the stereotype answers of “great leaders”, I also admire athletes of extreme sports, as their passion for sports has similar principles to that of entrepreneurship: taking (calculated) risks, going beyond what others are willing to do, and having the drive to be the best one can be.

We are living in an era of fast and drastic changes, that means that a successful entrepreneur must be able not only to adapt but also to ride the positive trends.

Use of data analytics in financial institution has certainly decreased the risk factor. Pioneering in this very field is Neener Analytics. Everyday human beings produce 2.5 Exabyte’s (2,500,000,000,000,000,000) of data; which equals to 75 Exabyte’s per month. That is incomprehensibly big, and it's growing exponentially. Understanding that unstoppable tsunami of information is key to future of every business (big & small), but also for every human being individually. This tsunami is unstoppable. We can deride the cultural implications of so much observable information being generated by so many people (and lose), or simply accept it, service it . . .and Win. It is a supreme understatement to state that the understating of Information is critical to the survival of every business on the planet. And Data Analytics is at the core. Anytime you sell revenue it not only disrupts a market, but it creates internal disruption with the customers. That is one thing that drives the company forward. But when your product is seen as authentically disruptive, it creates a different kind of conversation. Longer sales cycles for sure, but longer customer relationships too. There are a number of factors that have contributed to the growth of the company inspite of the challenges and continue to do so. There certainly is the core innovation in their technology, but any truly disruptive innovation leads the market a bit, i.e., jumps out ahead of where the market is at that moment. And you cannot deliver that access if the risk of the engagement cannot be assessed.” Getting ‘banked’ is great. But the problem is a so much bigger problem than simply the “unbanked” or “underbanked” because being “banked” still doesn’t solve the underlying problem of financial risk invisibility. WHY CULTIVATE A CULTURE OF GRATITUDE IN WORKPLACE? Gratitude is a powerful catalyst for happiness. It’s the spark that lights a fire of joy in your soul. – Amy Collette
I
t is the way of life that will transform the way we look at things, and also change the way we live. Cultivating a culture of gratitude means; teaching ourselves to be thankful for what we have. And to achieve that it is important for us to break the neverending cycle of wanting to achieve more in order to be happy.
As a leader, you have a say in everything that goes around in the workplace, and rightly so, it is also your responsibility to set the tone. It won’t be useful if you just preach in your office. You need to start by doing it yourself, as all leaders dolead by example. Start the day with gratitude exercises; this will put you in the right mind-set to start
your day. Your day will start on a positive note, and not only will it make your work day possibly great, but it will also affect the others around you. So you need to keep in mind, it all starts with you! Even the smallest of things can have a greater impact on people around you, especially if
The workplace would be a lot happier place if one instils this culture of gratitude. But often, like all the other programs run in the corporates, thinking of doing it and actually doing are two different stories. It means changing the culture of the workplace, and as a leader it is your responsibility to do it effectively.

you are the leader. And these little things could be anything, like for example, are you smiling when you enter the office? Are you cheerful or angry or sulky? Start the day by entering the office with a cheerful smile, this way you change the mood of environment, the employees will reciprocate and likely, it will change their moods, will keep them cheerful and positive-minded for the rest of the day. Give your employees a reason to be thankful. Some days you simply love your job and some days you just can’t help but hate it. As a leader you have to find ways in

which you can take your workplace a step further than what is expected of the normal workplaces. Make your workplace a place where the employees will enjoy going. If the employees dread going to the work every day, it is this negativity that spreads and can affect others too. Let the work place not be concerned entirely with work. Conduct a few weekly activities, or discussions and debates, in short, make the workplace a happening place.
be the best things you could do to your company. When the employees start feeling happy in the place they work at and also start feeling good about the work they do, it will naturally increase their productivity at work, and you will have a win-win situation.
So, if by making small changes in the company culture, if you are able to cultivate a culture of gratitude in the workplace, it would

ealthy, healthier, healthiest, some of the things we strive to achieve every day of our lives. The medical field has seen a lot of transformation over the decade. With technology meddling in the traditional medical services, it has for sure become even more efficient. Some of the common disorders that have troubled people are the cancer and diabetes. Diabetes is something that is quite personal. What is important is to monitor the blood glucose levels in diabetes, and before that, knowing it. Founded by Marc. E Rippen, Alertgy is a startup medical device company that has developed ground-breaking technology to non-invasively detect glucose within the body. Founded in 2016 by Marc Rippen, Alertgy uses dielectric methods to give real time glucose measurements for people with diabetes or those who are pre diabetic and monitoring their blood sugar.
by a small team of innovators that have collaborated on challenging technical programs over the years, specifically to address the highly desired ability to measure blood sugar levels with an external wearable sensor device. The team has demonstrated taking technical laboratory concepts to proof of principal demonstrations, and scaling to global commercialization in several industries. They have also undertaken and completed an exhaustive review of the literature from the perspective of biology, analytical chemistry, physics and engineering, and have determined that it is possible to develop a non-intrusive blood sugar alert system, using existing technologies and manufacturing methods. “To achieve an accurate measurement of blood sugar in a non-intrusive mode we must realize the complexity of the problem from an analytical perspective.” Innovating in the medical services vertical is not as easy as it seems, because people generally tend to trust the traditional services more than anything else. Throughout the initial three years of development there have been a few challenges Altergy has faced and had to overcome. Initially, they had to determine the correct placement of their device to maximize the accuracy and reliability over a long-term period. After this was established, they have focused on sensor development in order to get the highest quality data and stability within the device. This is an everevolving process inside their research and development team, and the company will continue to tweak their device so they can deliver the highest quality product to customers when they begin manufacturing. glucose level is the finger stick. The Alertgy Non Invasive Continuous Glucose Monitor (NICGM) addresses this major barrier. But it does much more; for patients the Alertgy NICGM is: • Lancet free and pain free • Patients will no longer have to draw any blood to measure your blood sugar. • Convenient and discreet. • Patients will no longer need to carry lancets, alcohol wipes, strips and a glucometer. • Patients can get a blood sugar reading, on demand, through their smart phone. • No one has to know if the patient is diabetic when they are checking their blood sugar. • No mess! No blood and used supplies to dispose of. • Cost-effective • No supplies and strips to pay for, just the device. • Enabling health www.theenterpriseworld.com
The Alertgy NICGM is a device that measures blood sugar without the need of drawing blood like the traditional glucose measuring devices. Through their revolutionary technology, they have developed a platform and sensor that is unlike anything currently available on the consumer market. Most all devices today rely on physical blood measurements collected through direct blood measurements requiring needles and other painful processes. The Alertgy NICGM gets rid of these arduous methods and gives people the ability to accurately measure their blood glucose in real-time. The Alertgy NICGM is a band that you wear around your wrist that works with an app on your smartphone to measure your blood sugar. Through the Alertgy NICGM you will be able to get a blood sugar reading on demand, see how your blood sugar levels change over time, and allow you to set alerts to notify you, loved ones, or others if your blood sugar level goes too low or too high. The band will be waterproof, 35

Marc. E Rippen- Transforming Health through Innovation
Diabetes is one of the top health issues facing the world today. 422 million people suffer from diabetes worldwide (8.5% of the world population) of which an estimated 29 million are in the US. Of the three types of diabetes (Type 1, Type 2, and gestational), Type 2 accounts for over 90% of the total cases of diabetes. The increased prevalence of diabetes and obesity (a risk factor for Type 2 diabetes) has increased dramatically from 1994 to 2014 and is expected to grow. There are 86 million Americans with pre-diabetes (1/3rd of the population) of which 15% to 30% will develop type 2 diabetes in five years.
Marc is the former Director of Engineering of the Marine and Space Division of SRI International St. Petersburg, as well as a prominent program manager and a top gun in business development for multiple fortune 500 companies, and defence contractors supporting DOD organizations such as DARPA and SOCOM for advanced Applied Research and Development Projects. After graduating with multiple degrees with course work in wide ranging disciplines such as Microbiological Science, Biophysics, Aeronautics, and Management of Engineering and Technology, he has spent his career providing technology-based solutions to solve difficult problems for his customers. He is also an adjunct Professor of Engineering Management at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University where he enjoys teaching young engineers how to manage applied research and development programs.
Rather than limiting their technology to one sector of the healthcare industry, diabetes monitoring, Altergy aims to see the possibility of rapidly expanding into multiple regions of this space, with possible applications throughout a plethora of preventative and diagnostic healthcare. Not only is their sensor capable of accurately detecting glucose molecules in the blood but is also able to detect other types of molecules, giving us the possibility to detect and inform users of other diseases and conditions within the body. 36
Some of the key achievements during this journey building Alertgy have been watching the team grow as well as seeing the hard work pay off in the achievements of company goals. As they have grown as a company, most all of the team members have stayed with Alertgy. During this
process it has been great to watch different team members develop and harness new skills, grow as leaders, and expand their professional abilities. All of these things will make a profound positive impact on their future lives, and the company is proud to be able to provide these things within the company. “Throughout the journey there have been multiple obstacles trying to block our path and limit our opportunities, and seeing these overcome is always a great achievement for our team.” He likes to call his team the A Team because they are a dedicated group who work together and always have each other’s backs. Though they are all a small group, the passion and desire each and every one of them possess has made them capable of generating success that even a team much larger couldn’t accomplish. Being the CEO, Marc is constantly on the road building relationships and getting our name out, which means he cannot be a 24/7 presence at the lab in Melbourne. “For this reason,”, Marc says, “it is all the more important that I have a strong team who can accomplish our goals through a fundamental and strong communication network we have fostered throughout the entire company”.

o put it in simple words, intelligent automation is the amalgamation of the two very familiar technologies that have been around for quite a long time now- Artificial Intelligence and Automation. Artificial Intelligence includes things like the machine learning, the language recognition and vision. And automation is something that includes all the industry related things. The applications of intelligent automation are vast. With the use of intelligent automation one can convert a huge amount of data into information that can be easily processed and synthesizes it to an usable format and it sometimes also recommends course of action.

uning in to your favourite music in the car and long smooth roads, just the perfect recipe for a great drive! Well, have you ever thought, that is your car tuned in to its own music? Any car or a bike is an orchestra in itself, the engine sounds, the sounds of the brakes, and everything else. And just one sound goes out of tune, it affects the whole thing. This is why the servicing of your vehicles is so important. Sean Buckley, who was the owner of Ultra Thoroughbreds, he acquired the functioning of Ultra Tune as the CEO in 1994. Sean went about building Ultra Tune at the expense of his own comfort. He was taking $100 a week in wages so that he could invest back into the business, specifically the franchisees, because these were the people who were driving the model. The Journey Ultra Tune commenced trading in 1979 with a pilot store in Box Hill, Victoria and rapidly expanded 44
across the country after businessman Bert Smart saw a specialist Fast Tune-Up store in Hawaii whilst traveling home to Australia from the USA. Through Smart's vision a franchise model was established which saw the new business expand rapidly into all Australian states except WA. Using the latest Dyno Tune technology, which enabled vehicles to be tuned whilst on “rolling roads”, Ultra Tune garnered wide public acceptance in the competitive after-market servicing sphere.
By 1983 Smart realized the “tune-up only” offering was not viable in the long term for the network and instead of redeveloping the franchise model to accommodate a wider range of alternative services he decided to sell off the franchise to new owners (predominantly groups of existing Ultra Tune franchisees) in Queensland, NSW, Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia. In 1988 each of the franchisor entities (with the exception of South Australia) merged and formed a new company Ultra Tune (Systems)

Australia Pty Ltd. (UTSA). Within the following 12 months UTSA opened its first franchise store in Perth, WA. In the early-to-mid 1990’s the network experienced turmoil and faced financial ruin with a number of stores across the network forced to close due high rental lease costs. It was at that point that Current Executive Chairman, Sean Buckley acquired management and then later shareholding control in Ultra Tune sometime after a public auction in 1994 and after receivers had been appointed to UTSA.
Ultra Tune employs specialist personnel from all relevant disciplines to provide first class back up and support to franchise owners. Ultra Tune Australia Pty Ltd was born and over the next 22 plus years under Buckley’s stewardship using his own business model – which included the acquisition of competing brands such as Car Care Clinic (1999) and Auto Masters sites in Queensland and NSW during the early 2000's – grew the organization from around 70 mediocrely operating franchises into a successful national franchise network model.

Professional Development
L
earning something or developing as new skill is not a one day activity. Learning anything new requires a time period in which you can learn it, practice it and perfect it. Although, these principles are ignored in our approach to professional learning. Many organizations invest in professional learning programs that last only for a few hours after which there is neither any follow-up activity nor is anyone given any opportunity for practice. 48
It is just as easy! Perfection needs practice. One can’t run a marathon by just standing at the door, or walking towards it. To win a marathon, you ďŹ rst need to start by walking, then running and practicing it over and over again until you have built enough endurance. And then you can participate in a marathon, and probably also win it! This is how learning happens. Organizations generally rely on the on-site trainings which are reserved
for the high potential employees and seniors. Herein they spend a day away from their desks and spend time learning something new; however, the next day it is the same routine with emails and pending work. In this case, they get very little or almost no time to implement what they learnt in their daily activities. Work would go on and on after a professional development training programme, but there won’t be any progress and changes seen in the February 2020
& the Myth Surrounding It processes. What we can learn from this is learning is a process that requires practice to get the desired results. And this is exactly where most organizations go wrong in the training programmes. Having a one day training programme and expecting changes is equivalent to giving someone a day-long lecture on driving and expecting them to drive awlessly the next day. This signiďŹ es why you should take things in a phased manner. Learning is building on something www.theenterpriseworld.com
that you have learnt and applying it bit by bit and then learning some more. It is not a one day process. The same thing needs to be applied to the workplace learning. Instead of training the employees for one day and expecting them to apply it in their own terms, the organizations should teach their employees something new every day and give them time to practice it and then implement it. This way everyone is in a beneďŹ t, employees will learn something new every
day, and the management of the organization will also get the desired results and changes they need to have in the organization. The process is simple, crystal clear. Learn something new, apply it to the work routines, keep repeating it until you have perfected it and then move on to learn something new. It is a simple math and a completely wrong myth!
