EQUITY ANALYSIS - DAILY

MARKET WRAP Sensex closed UP 0.49%@ 19486.80pts; Nifty gained 0.52%@5930.90pts.

European majors CAC, DAX & FTSE were up 0.30%, 1.07% & 0.24% resp.

NASDAQ was down 0.77% while Dow Jones Industrial Avg. was UP 0.64%.

Sensex closed up 94.94 pts @19486.80; Nifty closed up 30.40 pts @5930.90. The Sensex recovered early losses on Thursday, rising for the third day, after Mayawati decided to support FDI in multi-brand retail in Rajya Sabha. Nifty gainers include Jaiprakash Associates, DLF, Axis Bank, Reliance Infra and Tata Motors, gained 2-4 %
