EQUITY ANALYSIS - DAILY

MARKET WRAP Sensex dropped 1.1%@18,430.85 pts; Nifty dropped 1.19% @ 5,597.90 pts.

Asian market Hang Seng was down 0.38 %, Nikkei was down 0.98 %.

Europe’s major indices CAC, DAX & FTSC were up from 0.78% - 0.99%.

Sensex closed red 207.97 pts @18,430.85 while Nifty closed red 67.70 pts @ 5597.90.

Today market plummeted over 1 percent, after the RBI kept policy rates unchanged and lowered GDP forecast significantly for FY13, in its half-yearly monetary policy review.

Rupee fell to a new five-week low after the central bank kept interest rates unchanged.
