Evergreen association to become Smoke-Free
Effective September 1, 2012 the Evergreen Association of Western New York, Inc. shall be entirely smokefree. All designated smoking areas throughout agency facilities will be eliminated, all ash receptacles will be removed, and “No Smoking” signs will be placed at various locations on Evergreen Association managed property. The Evergreen Association supports an environment where employees, clients, vendors and visitors are not exposed to second-hand smoke. Therefore, smoking is prohibited on all Evergreen Association managed property, both indoors and outdoors. This includes but is not limited to:

Organizers of and attendees at public events, such as conferences, meetings, lectures, social and cultural events using Evergreen Association managed property will be required to abide by the Association‘s Smoke-Free Policy. Organizers of such events are responsible for communicating this policy to attendees.
