Out in the ballpark with queen city softball league - $5,000 America’s favorite pastime goes gay with a party at LaSalle Park to celebrate the Queen City Softball League’s (QCSL) 2014 season. The Queen City Softball League is one of the largest LGBTQ sports organizations in Western New York.

Chroma: art opening - $5,000 Pride’s annual art exhibition is curated by and comprised of LGBTQ artists from throughout Western New York. Celebrating the cultural depth of our region, this event is held in memoriam of Buffalo’s longtime LGBTQ and Buffalo Arts supporter, Mr. Jim Rolls.

flag raising ceremony - $2,500 Join City Officials and the Pride Center of Western New York as we kick-off Pride Week at Niagara Square in front of City Hall. This event receives high media coverage and participation from downtown workers.

pride village - $2,500 PART OF THE PRIDE FESTIVAL AT CANALSIDE - The Pride Village tent includes more than 200 vendors and nonprofit organizations that focus on LGBTQ issues. The tent is accessed by the 15,000+ attendees of the Pride Festival and serves as an important annual resource to LGBTQ individuals and their families.

mission: The mission of PCWNY is to work with the community to make Western New York a safe, healthy, and satisfying place for lesbians, gay men, bisexuals, and transgender people to live, work and establish their families.
