Deals with the typical questions surrounding homework and study. In a very practical approach, it covers how to accurately record information for homework.
Introduces students to the ideas of developing behaviour and thinking skills that are conducive to learning through looking at a resource developed by the NBSS.
Addresses common anxiety issues and teaches students how to cope with the transition from primary to secondary school.
Focuses on the basic organisational skills that students need to develop in order to be prepared for class each day and familiarise themselves with their new routine quickly.

Being Safe and Healthy in School
Fosters a sense of friendship, community and respect through individual exercises and group discussions, allowing the students to articulate the kind of relationships they want to have with each other.
Covers the basics of the importance of personal hygiene at the point where many students are dealing with puberty. Also deals with mental health and stress issues.
The Stepping Up Induction Programme is based on the NBSS Belonging Plus Learning Behaviour Programme.
Module 7 New Subjects and Think ing Equips students with some very practical techniques to aid reading and studying, allowing them to navigate a range of new textbooks easily.
