Launching our New Interactive Prospectus
We are now offering an interactive digital prospectus to schools which can be used as an alternative to a printed prospectus or in addition to your hardcopy prospectus. Interactive prospectuses contain an abundance of visual content including video, while custom URLs and QR codes can be used throughout the printed version to signpost readers to additional content online.
Our platform enables schools to rapidly transform their print prospectuses into powerful, interactive versions, showcasing their school at its best. A link with your prospectus can then be shared with prospective students, allowing parents and students to get a real feel for what life is like in your school.
If you wish to print a small number of copies, this can be arranged too.
Your digital prospectus can be updated annually with amendments, such as videos, articles, infographics and images, edited without having to reprint and distribute the entire prospectus over and over again.

Five steps to the perfect prospectus for your school
1. Discuss your Requirements
Talk to us about your school’s needs. We can advise you on design options, marketing your school digitally, quantities if opting for printing and on what to include for your target audience.
2. Decide on the Format
Number of Pages
We can advise you on the number of pages and can offer from 4 pages to as many as you require; between 8 and 16 is typical. In design, less is more and we advise using large images and minimal text.
Issue a Quotation
Once we have discussed your needs and decided on whether you are choosing a digital prospectus only or wish to print a quantity and the number of pages you will require, we will prepare a quotation for you.
4. Design and Review
On receiving all your content and photographs, we will design a prospectus for you, based on your design preferences. Once you are happy with your design, you sign off and your prospectus is ready for your website or to go to print.
5. Print and Delivery
It is advisable to give yourself 3-4 weeks to complete a prospectus project. The digital prospectus will be available within 2 weeks but printing can take an additional 10 working days from the date of sign-off.
Photography
To assist you, we provide an optional photography and video service. Our experts will call to you by appointment and work with your staff and pupils to really capture a day in the life of your school.
Proofreading
We offer an optional proofreading service that will ensure your prospectus is clearly and concisely written, and error free.
